15. The Committee notes that the estimate does not contain comprehensive information with respect to trust funds, particularly for activities under pillar II. Accordingly, the Advisory Committee requests that information on all trust funds, indicating their sources of funds, purposes, time frames and management be provided in the next budget submission.

15. The Advisory Committee is of the opinion that information should be provided in the next budget submission on the policy and managerial guidance provided by the Department to special political missions and the related oversight and accountability mechanisms.

14.
