Although the paragraph does not match the stated expectations, I really do not wish to do without it since, one way or another, it reflects the work undertaken by Ambassador Marius Grinius and Ambassador Pedro Oyarce during their presidencies and the efforts, including by Ambassador Wang Qun, to move forward, albeit differently, the substantive functioning of the Conference.
