٣٦١- وفيما يتعلق بقبول الدول غير اﻷطراف للاختصاص ، قال ان وفده يؤيد المادة ٧ ثالثا بيد أنه يعتقد أن النص ينبغي تعديله ليشمل الالتزامات غير تلك الواردة في الباب ٩ من النظام اﻷساسي .

Regarding the Security Council, he was in favour of option 1 of article 10, paragraph 1, but thought that the reference in the first sentence should be to the “State of which the accused is a national”.
٣٧ - وفيما يتعلق بمجلس اﻷمن فانه يحبذ الخيار ١ للفقرة ١ من المادة ٠١ ، بيد أنه يعتقد أن الاشارة في الجملة اﻷولى ينبغي أن تكون الى " الدولة التي يعتبر المتهم أحد رعاياها " .
