Summit participants are expected to issue a declaration called the Bishkek Mountain Platform that builds on the outcomes of the major events that have occurred leading up to and during the International Year of Mountains and affirms the Partnership's principles, recommendations and commitments.
ويتوقع أن يصدر المشاركون في القمة إعلانا يدعى خطة بيشكيك للجبال يقوم على نتائج المناسبات الرئيسية التي جرت تمهيدا للسنة الدولية للجبال وأثناءها، ويؤكد مبادئ الشراكة وتوصياتها وتعهداتها.

The Bishkek Mountain Platform is an outcome of the Bishkek Global Mountain Summit, the culminating global event of the International Year of Mountains 2002.
يعتبر برنامج بيشكيك للجبال الذي وُضع في مؤتمر قمة بيشكيك العالمي للجبال، وهو محفل تمثيلي، الذروة التي تُوجت بها السنة الدولية للجبال، 2002.

Summit participants issued a declaration called the Bishkek Mountain Platform which affirmed the Partnership's principles, recommendations and commitments and built on the outcomes of the major events that occurred in the period leading up to and during the International Year of Mountains.
وأصدر المشاركون في مؤتمر القمة إعلانا سُمّي خطة بيشكيك للجبال التي أكّدت مبادئ الشراكة وتوصياتها والتزاماتها وأسست على نتائج المناسبات الرئيسية التي جرت في الفترة التي سبقت السنة الدولية للجبال وأثناءها.

Mountain Forum played a particularly significant role during the International Year of Mountains by enabling links between individuals, NGOs, Governments and other entities, particularly at the regional level, and by facilitating and moderating electronic consultations on the thematic papers that helped to develop the Bishkek Mountain Platform.
وقد لعب منتدى الجبال دورا بالغ الأهمية خلال الاحتفال بالسنة حيث مكَّنّ من إقامة روابط بين الأفراد والمنظمات غير الحكومية والحكومات والكيانات الأخرى، ولا سيما على المستوى الإقليمي، وحيث يسر إجراء مشاورات بالوسائط الإلكترونية حول الورقات المواضيعية وباشرها، مما ساعد في وضع خطة بيشكيك للجبال.

Mountain Forum is filling a particularly important role during the Year by enabling links between individuals, NGOs, Governments and other entities, particularly at the regional level, and by facilitating consultations that are helping to develop the Bishkek Mountain Platform.
ويؤدي منتدى الجبال دورا بالغ الأهمية خلال الاحتفال بالسنة عن طريق تمكين الصلات بين الأفراد والمنظمات غير الحكومية والحكومات والكيانات الأخرى، ولا سيما على المستوى الإقليمي، وعن طريق تيسير المشاورات التي تساعد في تطوير خطة بيشكيك للجبال.

Children from 13 to 18 years of age met from 7 to 21 May 2002 in Uttaranchal, India, at a conference organized by the Research Advocacy and Communication in Himalayan Areas to discuss the needs of mountain children, provide recommendations for the Bishkek Mountain Platform and launch the Mountain Children's Forum.
اجتمع أطفال تتراوح أعمارهم بين 13 و 18 عاما في أوترانتشال، الهند في الفترة من 7 إلى 21 أيار/مايو 2002 في مؤتمر نظمته جمعية بحوث الدعوة والاتصالات في مناطق جبال الهمالايا لبحث احتياجات أطفال الجبال، ووضع توصيات لخطة بيشكيك للجبال وإطلاق منتدى أطفال الجبال.

(h) Support the efforts of the International Partnership for Sustainable Development in Mountain Regions and the implementation of the Bishkek Mountain Platform at the international, regional and national levels and encourage national organizations to join;
(ح) دعم جهود الشراكة الدولية من أجل التنمية المستديمة في المناطق الجبلية وتنفيذ خطة بيشكيك للجبال على المستويات الدولي والإقليمي والقطري، وتشجيع المنظمات القطرية على الانضمام؛

I have the honour to forward herewith the text of the Bishkek Mountain Platform which was formulated during the Bishkek Global Mountain Summit (28 October-1 November 2002) (see annex).
يُشرفني أن أحيل إليكم نص برنامج بيشكيك للجبال الذي تمت صياغته أثناء مؤتمر قمة بيشكيك العالمي للجبال (28 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر - 1 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2002) (انظر المرفق).

48. The Bishkek Mountain Platform formulates recommendations for concrete action towards sustainable mountain development, providing guidance to Governments and others on how to improve the livelihoods of mountain people, protect mountain ecosystem, and use mountain resources more wisely.
48 - وتتضمن خطة بيشكيك للجبال توصيات باتخاذ إجراءات ملموسة تؤدي إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للجبال وتقديم التوجيه إلى الحكومات وجهات أخرى بشأن كيفية تحسين أسباب الرزق لسكان الجبال وحماية النُظم البيئية الجبلية واستخدام موارد الجبال بشكل يتسم بمزيد من الترشيد.
