13 - يـرحب بالجهود التي يـواصل برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي بـذلها للحفـاظ علـى الاتصال الوثيق بين الوكالات المتخصصة والمؤسسات الأخرى في منظومة الأمم المتحدة، بما فيها اللجنة الاقتصادية لأمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي واللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ، ولتقديم المساعدة إلى شعوب الأقاليم غيـر المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي؛
