في بداية الجلسة الأولى لكل اجتماع عادي ينتخب رئيس وثلاثة نواب للرئيس ومقرر من بين ممثلي الأطراف الحاضرة في الاجتماع.

1. At each ordinary meeting, a President and nine Vice-Presidents, one of whom will serve as Rapporteur, are to be elected from among the representatives of the Parties present at the meeting.
1- في كل اجتماع عادي، يُنتخب رئيس وتسعة نواب للرئيس، يقوم أحدهم بمهام المقرر، من بين ممثلي الأطراف الحاضرة في الاجتماع.

6. Rule 22 of the rules of procedure, as amended by decision 20/COP.2, provides for the election of the President from among the representatives of the Parties present at the session.
6- تنص المادة 22 من النظام الداخلي، بصيغته المعدلة بموجب المقرر 20/م أ-2، على انتخاب الرئيس من بين ممثلي الأطراف الحاضرة في الدورة.

23. In accordance with rule 22 of the rules of procedure contained in decision 1/COP.1, as amended by decision 20/COP.2, nine Vice-Presidents shall be elected by the COP from among the representatives of the Parties present at the session.
23- عملاً بالمادة 22 من النظام الداخلي الوارد في المقرر 1/م أ-1، بصيغته المعدلة بموجب المقرر 20/م أ-2، يُنتخب من بين ممثلي الأطراف الحاضرين في الدورة تسعة نواب للرئيس.

5. In accordance with rule 22 of the rules of procedure contained in decision 1/COP.1, as amended by decision 20/COP.2, the Chair of the Committee shall be elected by the COP from among the representatives of the Parties present at the session.
5- وفقاً للمادة 22 من النظام الداخلي الوارد في المقرر 1/م أ-1، بصيغته المعدلة بالمقرر 20/م أ-2، ينتخب من بين ممثلي الأطراف الحاضرة في الدورة رئيس اللجنة.

At the first ordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties, a President and nine VicePresidents, one of whom shall act as Rapporteur, shall be elected from among the representatives of the Parties present at the meeting. These officers shall serve as the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties.
1 - يتم في الاجتماع العادي الأول لمؤتمر الأطراف، انتخاب رئيس وتسعة نواب للرئيس يعمل أحدهم بصفة مُقِّرر، من بين ممثلي الأطراف الحاضرة في الاجتماع، ويكونّون أعضاء مكتب مؤتمر الأطراف.

The Commission called urgently for an immediate cessation of the hostilities and of violations of human rights and for immediate contacts between representatives of the parties with the aim of achieving a peaceful solution to the conflict, consistent with respect for the territorial integrity and the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and reiterated that the fundamental human rights of the people of the Republic of Chechnya should be upheld.
ودعت اللجنة بشكل عاجل إلى وقف فوري للقتال ولانتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان وإجراء اتصالات فورية بين ممثلي اﻷطراف المعنيين بهدف التوصل إلى حل عادل للنزاع يتفق واحترام سلامة اﻷراضي ودستور الاتحاد الروسي.
