It called for further efforts to ensure that the general principles of the Convention are integrated in all legal revisions, judicial and administrative decisions and programmes and services which have an impact on children.

34- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتّخاذ جميع التدابير المناسبة لضمان تجسيد مبدأ المصالح الفضلى للطفل، وفقاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية، على نحو وافٍ في جميع الأحكام القانونية، وكذلك في القرارات القضائية والإدارية والمشاريع والبرامج والخدمات التي يكون لها تأثير على الأطفال.

The Committee urges the State party to ensure that the principle of the best interests of the child is appropriately integrated and consistently applied in all legislative, administrative and judicial proceedings as well as in all policies, programmes and projects relevant to and with an impact on children, and that legal reasoning of all judicial and administrative judgements and decisions also be based on this principle.

Ms. Man Anting (China) urged developed countries to honour their commitments to increase substantive financial and technical support to the developing countries in order to minimize the impact on children of poverty, hunger, disease, disasters, child labour, drugs, sexual violence, war and conflict.
