Pursuant to rule 157 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, the Committee shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to it under the Financial Regulations of the United Nations.
وبمقتضى المادة 157 من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، تؤدي اللجنة الاستشارية ما يناط بها من واجبات أخرى وفق أحكام النظام المالي للأمم المتحدة.

The main objective of the meeting is to ensure that the Committee undertakes the work assigned to it by the Convention.

In accordance with rule 157 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, the Committee shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to it under the Financial Regulations of the United Nations.
وبمقتضى المادة 157 من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، تؤدي اللجنة ما يناط بها من واجبات أخرى وفق أحكام النظام المالي للأمم المتحدة.

The first objective of the meeting is to ensure that the Committee undertakes the work assigned to it by the Convention.
2 - يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للاجتماع في ضمان أن تؤدي اللجنة العمل المنوط بها من قبل الاتفاقية.

Further, consideration of those final documents had enabled the Committee to be alerted to areas of concern identified elsewhere and to play an increasing role in international cooperation on behalf of children.
