٢ - تؤكد مجددا قرارها ٤٨/٢٢٧ المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، وتشدد على ضرورة أن تقدم اﻷمانة العامة وثائق الميزانية في حينها بحيث يتسنى للجمعية العامة استعراض هذه الميزانيات على نحو سليم ودقيق والموافقة عليها قبل تنفيذها؛
