18- ناشد المؤتمر الدولَ الأطراف أن تبلّغ الأمين العام بأسماء السلطات المختصة التي عيَّنتها والتي يمكن أن تساعد الدول الأطراف الأخرى على وضع وتنفيذ تدابير محدَّدة لمنع الفساد، إن لم تكن قد أبلغته بها بعد، وأن تحدِّث المعلومات الموجودة عند الاقتضاء.

Furthermore, the Permanent Mission of the United Arab Emirates to the United Nations (Vienna) wishes to inform the Secretary-General that the space object Thuraya-1 (registered in document ST/SG/SER.E/390) has now been moved to the geostationary satellite orbit location of 98.5 degrees east. Annex
وفضلا عن ذلك، تود البعثة الدائمة للامارات العربية المتحدة لدى الأمم المتحدة (فيينا) أن تبلّغ الأمين العام بأن الجسم الفضائي ثريا-1 (الذي سجّل في الوثيقة ST/SG/SER.E/390) تم نقله الآن إلى موقع مدار السواتل الثابتة بالنسبة للأرض 98.5 درجة شرقا.

Thus, a specific reporting process was established, requiring Member States to inform the Secretary-General every five years of the extent of application of the Standard Minimum Rules and the difficulties encountered in their application.
وبذلك أنشئت عملية محددة لتقديم التقارير، تلزم الدول الأعضاء بأن تبلّغ الأمين العام كل خمس سنوات بخصوص مدى تطبيق القواعد الدنيا النموذجية وما صودف من صعوبات في تطبيقها.(20)

The Conference further called on all States parties that had not yet done so to promptly designate a central authority responsible for requests for mutual legal assistance and to notify the Secretary-General of the designated central authority, as required by article 46, paragraph 13, of the Convention.
وناشد المؤتمر أيضاً جميع الدول الأطراف التي لم تحدّد بعدُ سلطة مركزية مسؤولة عن طلبات المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة أن تبادر إلى القيام بذلك دون إبطاء، وأن تبلّغ الأمين العام بالسلطة المركزية المسمّاة، حسبما تقضي بذلك الفقرة 13 من المادة 46 من الاتفاقية.

The Republic of Korea reported that it had not notified the Secretary-General of the designation of a central authority responsible for receiving requests for mutual legal assistance, but submitted such information together with its self-assessment report.
وأفادت جمهورية كوريا بأنها لم تبلّغ الأمين العام بتسمية سلطة مركزية مسؤولة عن تلقي طلبات المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، ولكنها قدّمت تلك المعلومات مع تقريرها عن التقييم الذاتي.

12. In order to promote international cooperation in the peaceful exploration and use of outer space, States conducting or authorizing activities in the field of international direct television broadcasting by satellite should inform the Secretary-General of the United Nations, to the greatest extent possible, of the nature of such activities.
12- بغية تشجيع التعاون الدولي في استكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية، ينبغي للدول التي تقوم أو تأذن بالقيام بأنشطة في ميدان الإرسال التلفزي الدولي المباشر بواسطة التوابع الاصطناعية، أن تبلّغ الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، قدر المستطاع، بطبيعة هذه الأنشطة.

9- يناشد الدولَ الأطراف أن تبلّغ الأمين العام بالسلطات المختصة التي عيَّنتها والتي يمكن أن تساعد الدول الأطراف الأخرى على وضع وتنفيذ تدابير محدَّدة لمنع الفساد إن لم تكن قد أبلغته بها بعد، وأن تحدِّث المعلومات الموجودة عند الاقتضاء؛

(a) At the time of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval of or accession to this Convention, inform the Secretary-General of the United Nations whether it will take this Convention as the legal basis for cooperation on extradition with other States Parties to this Convention; and
(أ) أن تبلّغ الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، وقت إيداعها صك التصديق على هذه الاتفاقية أو قبولها أو إقرارها أو الانضمام إليها، بما إذا كانت ستعتبر هذه الاتفاقية الأساس القانوني للتعاون بشأن التسليم مع سائر الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية؛

(a) At the time of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval of or accession to this Convention, inform the Secretary-General of the United Nations whether it will take this Convention as the legal basis for cooperation on extradition with other States Parties to this Convention; and

The Conference further called on all States parties that had not yet done so to promptly designate a central authority responsible for requests for mutual legal assistance and to notify the Secretary-General of the designated central authority, as required by article 46, paragraph 13, of the Convention.
وناشد المؤتمر أيضاً جميع الدول الأطراف التي لم تحدّد بعدُ سلطة مركزية مسؤولة عن طلبات المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة أن تبادر إلى القيام بذلك دون إبطاء، وأن تبلّغ الأمين العام بالسلطة المركزية المسماة، حسبما تقضي الفقرة 13 من المادة 46 من الاتفاقية.

Recalling the notification obligation under article 16, paragraph 5 (a), of the Convention, the Working Group reminded States parties in which extradition was conditional upon the existence of a treaty, to notify the Secretary-General whether they would recognize the Convention as the legal basis for extradition.
7- وأشار الفريقُ العامل إلى التزام الإبلاغ بموجب الفقرة 5 (أ) من المادة 16 من الاتفاقية، وذكّر الدولَ الأطراف، التي تجعل تسليم المطلوبين مشروطا بوجود معاهدة، بأن تبلّغ الأمين العام بما إذا كانت ستعترف بالاتفاقية باعتبارها الأساس القانوني لتسليم المطلوبين.

Under paragraphs 5 and 6 (a), States parties that make extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty may consider the Convention as the legal basis for extradition for Convention offences and are required to notify the Secretary-General of the United Nations of this at the time of ratification or accession.
فبمقتضى الفقرتين 5 و6(أ)، يجوز للدول الأطراف التي تجعل تسليم المجرمين مشروطاً بوجود معاهدة أن تعتبر الاتفاقية الأساس القانوني للتسليم فيما يخص الجرائم المشمولة بالاتفاقية، وعليها أن تبلّغ الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بذلك وقت التصديق على الاتفاقية أو الانضمام إليها.

Tajikistan indicated that, as it was a signatory at the time of reporting, it had not notified the Secretary-General, as prescribed by paragraph 6 (a).
وأفادت طاجيكستان بأنها، لما كانت دولة موقّعة وقت تقديم تقريرها، لم تبلّغ الأمين العام حسبما تقضي بذلك الفقرة 6 (أ).

All reporting parties indicated that they had not notified the Secretary-General as to whether they would take the Convention as the legal basis for cooperation on extradition with other States parties to the Convention, as required by article 44, paragraph 6 (a).
77- أفادت جميع الأطراف المبلّغة بأنها لم تبلّغ الأمين العام بما إذا كانت ستعتبر الاتفاقية الأساس القانوني للتعاون بشأن تسليم المجرمين مع سائر الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية وفقا لما تقتضي ذلك الفقرة 6 (أ).
