2. 44. The United Nations will take action to implement the decision of the Property Survey Board and facilitate the necessary compensation as appropriate.
44 - واستنادا إلى قرار مجلس حصر الممتلكات، تتخذ الأمم المتحدة إجراء لتنفيذ القرار وتيسير سداد التعويض اللازم حسب الاقتضاء.

In the case of serious misconduct, the United Nations will take immediate steps to preserve evidence related to the incident and may initiate a preliminary fact-finding inquiry, which may be conducted by the Office of Internal Oversight Services, until the Government commences its own investigation.

ويعيد المجلس أيضا تأكيد ضرورة أن تمتنع الدول الأعضاء في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستعمال القوة أو استعمالها ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأي دولة، وأن عليها أيضا أن تمد الأمم المتحدة بكل أشكال المساعدة في أي إجراء تتخذه وفقا للميثاق، وأن عليها أن تمتنع عن مساعدة أي دولة تتخذ الأمم المتحدة في حقها إجراءا وقائيا أو قسريا.

The United Nations should take steps to provide the necessary assistance to poor and middle-income countries, taking into account their level of economic development and their financial needs, in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development.
وينبغي أن تتخذ الأمم المتحدة خطوات لتوفير المساعدة اللازمة للبلدان الفقيرة والمتوسطة الدخل، مع مراعاة مستوى تنميتها الاقتصادية واحتياجاتها المالية، في سبيل تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
