The Committee recommends that the State party take measures to ensure that asylum claims submitted by children are analysed under a refugee status determination procedure that takes into consideration the specific needs and rights of child asylum-seekers in accordance with international refugee and human rights law, and take into account the UNHCR Guidelines on Determining the Best Interests of the Child.

85. The Committee recommends that the State party undertake measures to ensure that all children enjoy equally the same quality of health services, with special attention to indigenous children and children in rural and remote areas.
