)ب( ' ١ ' أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة تتعلق بالفترة المالية ذات الصلة مستحقة للحكومات عن سلع وردتها أو خدمات قدمتها، وكذلك أي التزامات أخرى مستحقة للحكومات، لم ترد بعد مطالبات بشأنها، تظل سارية لفترة إضافية مدتها أربع سنوات، تبدأ اعتبارا من نهاية فترة اﻹثني عشر شهرا المنصوص عليهــا فــــي البند ٤-٣؛

22. Decides further that for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 14,583,900 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2003, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 21 above;
22 - تقرر أيضا، بالنسبة للدول الأعضاء التي لم توف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه البعثة، أن يخصم من التزاماتها غير المسددة نصيب كل منها في الرصيد غير المثقل وغيره من الإيرادات البالغ مجموعها 900 583 14 دولار تتعلق بالفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2003، وفقا للنظام المبين في الفقرة 21 أعلاه؛

(a) Any other unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question owed to Governments for goods supplied and services rendered, as well as other obligations owed to Governments, for which required claims have not yet been received shall remain valid for an additional period of four years following the end of the twelve-month period provided for in regulation 4.3;
٢ - )أ( أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة، تتعلق بالفترة المالية ذات الصلة، مستحقة للحكومات عن سلع وردتها أو خدمات قدمتها، وكذلك أي التزامات أخرى مستحقة للحكومات لم ترد بعد المطالبات اللازمة بشأنها، تظل سارية لفترة إضافية مدتها أربع سنوات تبدأ من نهاية فترة اﻹثني عشر شهرا المنصوص عليها في البند ٤-٣؛

(a) At the end of the 12-month period provided for in regulation 4.3, any unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question relating to goods supplied and services rendered by Governments for which claims have been received or which are covered by established reimbursement rates shall be transferred to accounts payable; such accounts payable shall remain recorded in the special account until payment is effected;
)أ( في نهاية فترة اﻟ ١٢ شهرا المنصوص عليها في المادة ٤ - ٣، تنقل الى حسابات المبالغ الواجبة التسديد أي التزامات غير مصفاة تتعلق بالفترة المالية المعنية وتتصل بالسلع والخدمات التي تقدمها الحكومات ولا تكون قد وردت بشأنها مطالبات، أو تكون مشمولة بمعدلات تسديد ثابتة؛ وتبقى حسابات المبالغ الواجبة التسديد هذه مسجلة في الحساب الخاص حتى إجراء الدفع؛

(a) At the end of the 12-month period provided for in regulation 4.3, any unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question relating to goods supplied and services rendered by Governments for which claims have been received or which are covered by established reimbursement rates shall be transferred to accounts payable; such accounts payable shall remain recorded in the special account until payment is effected;
)أ( في نهاية فترة اﻟ ١٢ شهرا المنصوص عليها في المادة ٤ - ٣، تنقل الى حسابات المبالغ الواجبة التسديد أي التزامات غير مصفاة تتعلق بالفترة المالية المعنية وتتصل بالسلع والخدمات التي تقدمها الحكومات وتكون قد وردت بشأنها مطالبات، أو تكون مشمولة بمعدلات تسديد ثابتة؛ وتبقى حسابات المبالغ الواجبة التسديد هذه مسجلة في الحساب الخاص إلى أن يجري الدفع؛

2. (a) Any other unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question owed to Governments for goods supplied and services rendered, as well as other obligations owed to Governments, for which required claims have not yet been received, shall remain valid for an additional period of four years following the end of the twelve-month period provided for in financial regulation 4.3;
٢ - )أ( أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة تتعلق بالفترة المالية ذات الصلة تكون مستحقة للحكومات عن سلع وردتها وخدمات قدمتها، وكذلك أي التزامات أخرى مستحقة للحكومات، لم ترد بعد مطالبات بشأنها، تظل سارية لفترة إضافية مدتها أربع سنوات، تبدأ اعتبارا من نهاية فترة الاثني عشر شهرا المنصوص عليها في البند ٤-٣ من النظام المالي؛

(b) (i) Any other unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question owed to Governments for provision of goods and services rendered but not yet verified, as well as other obligations owed to Governments, for which claims have not yet been received shall remain valid for an additional period of four years following the end of the 12-month period provided for in regulation 4.3;
(ب) `1 ' بعد انتهاء فترة الــ 12 شهرا المنصوص عليها في المادة 4-3 من النظام المالي تبقى سارية خلال فترة أربع سنوات إضافية أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة تتعلق بالفترة المالية المعنية وتكون واجبة السداد إلى الحكومات عن سلع وخدمات قدمتها ولم يتم التحقق فيها بعد. وغيرها من الالتزامات تجاه الحكومات والتي لم ترد بعد مطالبات بشأنها؛

(b) (i) Any other unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question owed to Governments for provision of goods and services rendered but not yet verified, as well as other obligations owed to Governments, for which claims have not yet been received shall remain valid for an additional period of four years following the end of the 12-month period provided for in regulation 4.3;
(ب) `1 ' بعد انتهاء فترة الــ 12 شهرا المنصوص عليها في المادة 4-3 من النظام المالي تبقى سارية خلال فترة أربع سنوات إضافية أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة تتعلق بالفترة المالية المعنية وتكون واجبة السداد إلى الحكومات عن سلع وخدمات قدمتها ولم يتم التحقق منها بعد. وغيرها من الالتزامات تجاه الحكومات والتي لم ترد بعد مطالبات بشأنها؛

(b) Any other unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question owed to Governments for provision of goods and services rendered but not yet verified, as well as other obligations owed to Governments, for which claims have not yet been received shall remain valid for an additional period of four years following the end of the 12-month period provided for in regulation 4.3;
(ب) بعد انتهاء فترة الــ 12 شهرا المنصوص عليها في المادة 4-3 من النظام المالي تبقى سارية خلال فترة أربع سنوات إضافية أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة تتعلق بالفترة المالية المعنية وتكون واجبة السداد إلى الحكومات عن سلع وخدمات قدمتها ولم يتم التحقق منها بعد. وكذا أي التزامات أخرى تجاه الحكومات لم ترد بعد مطالبات بشأنها؛
