وإذ تأخذ في اعتبارها أن المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان حث، في إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا، جميع أجهزة وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة التي تتناول أنشطتها حقوق اﻹنسان على التعاون من أجل تعزيز أنشطتها وترشيدها وتبسيطها، مع مراعاة الحاجة إلى تلافي الازدواجية غير الضرورية)٣(،

To this end, the World Conference on Human Rights urges all United Nations organs, bodies and the specialized agencies whose activities deal with human rights to cooperate in order to strengthen, rationalize and streamline their activities, taking into account the need to avoid unnecessary duplication.”
ولهذه الغاية، يحث المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان جميع أجهزة اﻷمم المتحدة وهيئاتها ووكالاتها المتخصصة التي تتناول أنشطتها حقوق اﻹنسان على التعاون من أجل تعزيز وترشيد وتبسيط أنشطتها، آخذة في اعتبارها ضرورة تجنب الازدواج غير الضروري " .

10. Urges the United Nations organs, bodies and specialized agencies whose activities deal with human rights to train relevant United Nations personnel and officials, particularly human rights and humanitarian relief personnel, to assist them to recognize and deal with violations of the human rights of women and to carry out their work without gender bias, and requests the Centre for Human Rights to take action in this regard;
٠١- تحث أجهزة اﻷمم المتحدة وهيئاتها ووكالاتها المتخصصة التي تتناول أنشطتها حقوق اﻹنسان على تدريب الموظفين والمسؤولين ذوي الشأن التابعين لﻷمم المتحدة، ولا سيما الموظفين العاملين في مجال حقوق اﻹنسان واﻹغاثة اﻹنسانية، لمساعدتهم على تبين انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان للمرأة ومعالجة هذه الانتهاكات وللاضطلاع بأعمالهم دون تحيز بسبب الجنس، وترجو من مركز حقوق اﻹنسان أن يتخذ إجراء في هذا الصدد؛

At its fifty-first session, the Commission on Human Rights requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to continue to coordinate the human rights promotion and protection activities throughout the United Nations system, as set out in General Assembly resolution 48/141, including through a permanent dialogue with the United Nations agencies and programmes whose activities deal with human rights (Commission resolution 1995/80).
وطلبت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان، في دورتها الحادية والخمسين، إلى مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان أن يواصل تنسيق اﻷنشطة الرامية إلى تعزيز حقوق اﻹنسان وحمايتها في جميع أنحاء منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، على النحو المبين في قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٨/١٤١، بما في ذلك عن طريق حوار دائم مع وكالات اﻷمم المتحدة وبرامجها التي تتناول أنشطتها حقوق اﻹنسان )قرار اللجنة ١٩٩٥/٨٠(.
