(iv) States must also " exercise vigilance and restraint " with regard to any battle tanks, armoured combat vehicles, large calibre artillery systems, combat aircraft, attack helicopters, warships, missiles or missile systems destined for Iran.
' 4` يتعين أيضا على الدول " أن تتوخى اليقظة والتشدد " حيال وصول أية دبابات أو مركبات قتالية مدرعة أو منظومات مدفعية من العيار الكبير أو طائرات قتالية أو طائرات هليكوبتر هجومية أو سفن حربية أو قذائف أو منظومات قذائف إلى إيران.

28. Calls upon all Member States to exercise vigilance and prevent specialized teaching or training of nationals of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea within their territories or by their nationals, in disciplines which could contribute to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's proliferationsensitive nuclear activities and the development of nuclear weapon delivery systems;
28 - يهيب بجميع الدول الأعضاء أن تتوخى اليقظة وأن تمنع توفير التعليم أو التدريب المتخصص لرعايا جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية في أراضيها أو من جانب رعاياها في اختصاصات قد تسهم في ما تقوم به جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية من أنشطة نووية يخشى أن تؤدي إلى انتشار وتطوير نظم إيصال الأسلحة النووية؛

28. Calls upon all Member States to exercise vigilance and prevent specialized teaching or training of DPRK nationals within their territories or by their nationals, of disciplines which could contribute to the DPRK's proliferation sensitive nuclear activities and the development of nuclear weapon delivery systems;
28 - يطلب من جميع الدول الأعضاء أن تتوخى اليقظة لمنع توفير التعليم أو التدريب المتخصصين لرعايا جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية في أراضيها أو من جانب رعاياها في تخصصات قد تسهم في ما تقوم به جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية من أنشطة نووية حساسة من حيث الانتشار وفي تطوير نظم إيصال الأسلحة النووية؛

4. With the aim to meet requirements of paragraph 10, Poland has instructed its appropriate authorities to exercise vigilance and restraint over the activities of Polish financial institutions with all banks domiciled in Iran; in particular Bank Melli and Bank Saderat.

35. Calls upon States to exercise vigilance over the direct or indirect supply, sale or transfer to Somalia of items not subject to the measures imposed in paragraph 5 of resolution 733 (1992) and further elaborated by paragraphs 1 and 2 of resolution 1425 (2002);
35 - يهيب بالدول أن تتوخى اليقظة إزاء القيام، بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، بتوريد أو بيع أو نقل الأصناف غير الخاضعة للتدابير المفروضة في الفقرة 5 من القرار 733 (1992) والوارد تفصيلها في الفقرتين 1 و 2 من القرار 1425 (2002) إلى الصومال؛

Two Iranian financial institutions are named in paragraph 10 of resolution 1803 (2008), in which the Security Council calls upon States to exercise vigilance over the activities of financial institutions in their territories with all banks domiciled in the Islamic Republic of Iran, in particular with Bank Melli and Bank Saderat, and their branches and subsidiaries abroad.
ويرد اسما مؤسستين ماليتين إيرانيتين في الفقرة 10 من القرار 1803 (2008) التي يطالب فيها مجلس الأمن الدول الأعضاء أن تتوخى اليقظة حيال أنشطة المؤسسات المالية القائمة في أراضيها مع جميع المصارف التي تتخذ من جمهورية إيران الإسلامية مقرا لها، ولا سيما مصرف مللي ومصرف صادرات وفروعهما وتوابعهما في الخارج.

While small arms and light weapons and their related materiel were exempted, States were called upon to exercise vigilance over the direct or indirect supply, sale or transfer to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea of small arms or light weapons and to notify the Committee at least five days prior to selling, supplying or transferring small arms or light weapons to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
وفي حين استثنيت فيمن الجزاءات الأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة وما يتصل بها من أعتدة، فقد طُلب من الدول أن تتوخى اليقظة فيما يتصل بتوريد هذه الأسلحة أو بيعها أو نقلها بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر إلى جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية ، وأن تُخطر اللجنة قبل خمسة أيام على الأقل من موعد بيع هذا النوع من الأسلحة أو توريده أو نقله إلى هذا البلد.

3. In order to implement paragraph 9 of the resolution, Poland has instructed its appropriate authorities to exercise vigilance in entering into new commitments for public provided financial support for trade with Iran in order to avoid such financial support contributing to the proliferation of sensitive nuclear activities or to the development of nuclear weapon delivery systems.
3 - تنفيذا لأحكام الفقرة 9 من القرار، أصدرت بولندا تعليمات إلى سلطاتها المختصة بأن تتوخى اليقظة لدى الدخول في التزامات جديدة بتقديم الدعم المالي الحكومي للأنشطة التجارية مع إيران، قصد الحيلولة دون أن يسهم ذلك الدعم المالي في الأنشطة الحساسة من حيث الانتشار النووي أو في تطوير منظومات إيصال الأسلحة النووية.

In resolution 1747 (2007) the Council called upon all States to exercise vigilance and restraint in the provision of heavy weapons and related services to the Islamic Republic of Iran, and called upon all States and international financial institutions not to enter into new commitments for grants, financial assistance and concessional loans to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, except for humanitarian and developmental purposes.
وفي القرار 1747 (2007)، أهاب المجلس بجميع الدول أن تتوخى اليقظة وضبط النفس في تزويد جمهورية إيران الإسلامية بالأسلحة الثقيلة والخدمات المتصلة بها، ودعا جميع الدول والمؤسسات المالية الدولية إلى عدم الدخول في التزامات جديدة بتقديم المنح والمساعدة المالية والقروض التساهلية إلى حكومة جمهورية إيران الإسلامية، إلا لأغراض إنسانية وإنمائية.

While calling upon all States to exercise vigilance over the supply, sale or transfer to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea of small arms and light weapons, paragraph 10 of resolution 1874 (2009) prescribes that States shall notify the Committee at least five days prior to selling, supplying or transferring small arms or light weapons to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
وفي حين تطلب الفقرة 10 من القرار 1874 (2009) من جميع الدول أن تتوخى اليقظة فيما يتصل بتوريد الأسلحة الصغيرة أو الأسلحة الخفيفة أو بيعها أو نقلها إلى جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية، تقرر أن على الدول أن تُخطر اللجنة قبل خمسة أيام على الأقل من موعد بيع أسلحة صغيرة أو أسلحة خفيفة أو توريدها أو نقلها إلى جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية.

Consequently, during the budget period UNFICYP, as the primary security instrument on the island, would need to remain vigilant to guard against any escalation of tensions.
ولذا يتعين على القوة، بوصفها أداة الأمن الرئيسية في الجزيرة، أن تتوخى اليقظة خلال فترة الميزانية للحيلولة دون تصاعد التوترات.
