ولهذا فإن النيجر تجدد نداءها من أجل الانضمام العالمي للاتفاقيات والمعاهدات الدولية المتعلقة بأسلحة الدمار الشامل، وبصفة خاصة المعاهدة التي تمثل حجر الزاوية وأقصد معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية.

The General Assembly should renew its appeal to the administering Powers to cooperate more closely and formally with the Special Committee and to take all necessary steps for implementation of the Declaration and the relevant United Nations resolutions.
وينبغي للجمعية العامة أن تجدد نداءها إلى الدول القائمة باﻹدارة من أجل التعاون مع اللجنة الخاصة على نحو أوثق وفي إطار رسمي واتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لتنفيذ اﻹعلان وقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة.

6. renews its appeal to all States, on an urgent basis, to provide technical, financial and material assistance to the affected States to mitigate the adverse impact of the sanctions on their economies, inter alia, through the consideration of measures for the promotion of exports of the affected countries and for the promotion of investments in their economies;

وتوصي اللجنة الخاصة الجمعية بأن تجدد نداءها إلى الدول القائمة بالإدارة لكي تتخذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لتنفيذ الإعلان وقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، وفقا لرغبات شعوب الأقاليم المعنية المعرب عنها بحرية.

The Special Committee recommends that the Assembly renew its appeal to the administering Powers to take all necessary steps for the implementation of the Declaration and the relevant United Nations resolutions, in accordance with the freely expressed wishes of the peoples of the Territories concerned.
وتوصي اللجنة الخاصة الجمعية العامة بأن تجدد نداءها إلى الدول القائمة بالإدارة لكي تتخذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لتنفيذ الإعلان وقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، وفقا لرغبات شعوب الأقاليم المعنية المعرب عنها بحرية.
