The PCA currently uses the term " administrative fee " for the amount charged to cover administrative and other expenses involved in processing an application for designation of an appointing authority.
وتستخدم محكمة التحكيم الدائمة حاليا تعبير " الأتعاب الإدارية " للمبلغ المطلوب من أجل تغطية النفقات الإدارية وغيرها من النفقات المترتبة على تجهيز طلب تسمية سلطة التعيين.

5. If the administrative costs incurred by the Authority in processing an application are less than the fixed amount, the Authority shall refund the difference to the applicant.
5 - إذا كانت التكاليف الإدارية التي تكبدتها السلطة في تجهيز طلب من الطلبات أقل من المبلغ المحدد، فإن السلطة تسدد لمقدم الطلب الفرق في التكلفة.

2. If the administrative costs incurred by the Authority in processing an application are less than the fixed amount indicated in paragraph 1 above, the Authority shall refund the difference to the applicant.
2 - إذا كانت التكاليف الإدارية التي تكبدتها السلطة في تجهيز طلب من الطلبات أقل من المبلغ المقطوع الوارد في الفقرة 1 أعلاه، فإن السلطة تسدد لمقدم الطلب الفرق في التكلفة.

If the administrative costs incurred by the Authority in processing an application are more than the fixed amount indicated in paragraph 1 above, the applicant shall pay the difference to the Authority, provided that any additional amount to be paid by the applicant shall not exceed 10 per cent of the fixed fee referred to in paragraph 1.
أما إذا فاقت التكاليفُ الإدارية التي تكبدتها السلطة في تجهيز طلب من الطلبات المبلغَ المقطوع الوارد في الفقرة 1 أعلاه، فإن مقدم الطلب يسدّد الفرق إلى السلطة؛ بشرط ألا يتجاوز أي مبلغ إضافي يدفعه مقدم الطلب نسبة 10 في المائة من الرسم المقطوع المشار إليه في الفقرة 1.

1. The fee for processing an application for approval of a plan of work for exploration for polymetallic nodules shall be 500,000 United States dollars or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, payable by the applicant at the time of submitting an application.
1 - يكون رسم تجهيز طلب الحصول على موافقة على خطة عمل لاستكشاف العقيدات المؤلفة من عدة معادن هو 000 500 دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة، أو ما يعادله بعملة قابلة للتحويل دون قيود، ويدفعه مقدم الطلب عند تقديم الطلب.
