١٦ - تحث حكومة ميانمار على وقف إجبار اﻷشخاص على النزوح واﻷسباب اﻷخرى لتدفق موجات اللاجئين إلى البلدان المجاورة، وتهيئة الظروف المؤدية إلى عودتهم الطوعية وإندماجهم الكامل من جديد في ظروف تتوفر لهم فيها السلامة والكرامة؛

9. urges the Government of Myanmar to accelerate its efforts to address discrimination, human rights violations, violence, displacement and economic deprivation affecting various ethnic and religious minorities;
9 - تحث حكومة ميانمار على التعجيل ببذل الجهود للتصدي لما تعانيه أقليات عرقية ودينية شتى من تمييز وانتهاكات لحقوق الإنسان وعنف وتشريد وحرمان اقتصادي؛

2. urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully with all United Nations authorities and bodies, in particular and without further delay with the Special Rapporteur, and to ensure his access to Myanmar, without preconditions, in order to establish direct contact with the Government and all other sectors of society to allow him fully to discharge his mandate;
٢ - تحث حكومة ميانمار على التعاون الكامل مع جميع سلطات وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة، ولا سيما، وبدون مزيد من التأخير، مع المقرر الخاص وكفالة وصوله إلى ميانمار، دون شروط مسبقة ﻹقامة اتصالات مباشرة مع الحكومة وجميع القطاعات اﻷخرى في المجتمع، لتمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته بصورة تامة؛

6. urges the Government of Myanmar to engage, at the earliest possible date, in a substantive political dialogue with Aung San Suu Kyi and other political leaders, including representatives of ethnic groups, as the best means of promoting national reconciliation and the full and early restoration of democracy;
٦ - تحث حكومة ميانمار على الدخول، في أقرب وقت ممكن، في حوار سياسي موضوعي مع أونغ سان سو كي وغيرها من الزعماء السياسيين، بمن فيهم ممثلو الجماعات العرقية، وذلك كأفضل سبيل لتعزيز المصالحة الوطنية وإقرار الديمقراطية بالكامل وفي وقت مبكر؛

23. urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully and unreservedly with the Commission and the Special Rapporteur and, to that end, to ensure that the Special Rapporteur effectively has free access to any person in Myanmar whom he may deem it appropriate to meet in the performance of his mandate, including Daw Aung San Suu Kyi;
٣٢- تحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تتعاون بالكامل ودون تحفظ مع اللجنة والمقرر الخاص، وأن تضمن، تحقيقاً لهذا الغرض، تمكن المقرر الخاص فعلياً من الالتقاء الحر بأي شخص في ميانمار يرى أن من المناسب اﻹلتقاء به في أدائه لولايته، ويشمل ذلك داو أونغ سان سوو كيي؛

12. urges the Government of Myanmar to fulfil its obligations as a State party to the Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29) and to the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize Convention, 1948 (No. 87) of the International Labour Organization;
٢١ - تحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تفي بالتزاماتها كدولة طرف في اتفاقية أعمال السخرة لعام ٠٣٩١ )رقم ٩٢( واتفاقية عام ٨٤٩١ المتعلقة بحرية تكوين الجمعيات وحماية حق التنظيم )رقم ٧٨( لمنظمة العمل الدولية؛

25. urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully and unreservedly with the Commission and the Special Rapporteur and, to that end, to ensure that the Special Rapporteur effectively has free access to any person in Myanmar whom he may deem it appropriate to meet in the performance of his mandate, including Daw Aung San Suu Kyi;
٥٢- تحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تتعاون بالكامل ودون تحفظ مع اللجنة والمقرر الخاص، وأن تضمن، تحقيقاً لهذا الغرض، تمكن المقرر الخاص فعلياً من اﻹلتقاء الحر مع أي شخص في ميانمار يرى أن من المناسب اﻹلتقاء معه في أدائه لولايته، ويشمل ذلك داو أونغ سان سو كي؛

3. Again urges the Government of Myanmar, in conformity with its assurances given at various times, to take all necessary steps towards the restoration of democracy in accordance with the will of the people as expressed in the democratic elections held in 1990, and to ensure that political parties can function freely;
٣ - تحث حكومة ميانمار من جديد على القيام، تمشيا مع التأكيدات التي قطعتها في مناسبات مختلفة، باتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة في سبيل إعادة الديمقراطية بما يتفق مع إرادة الشعب على النحو الذي عبر بــه عنها فــي الانتخابات الديمقراطية التي أجريت في عام ١٩٩٠ وكفالة ممارسة اﻷحزاب السياسية ﻷنشطتها بحرية؛

6. Strongly urges the Government of Myanmar to take all appropriate measures to allow all citizens to participate freely in the political process in accordance with the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and to accelerate the process of transition to democracy, in particular through the transfer of power to the democratically elected representatives;
٦ - تحث حكومة ميانمار بقوة على اتخاذ كل التدابير المناسبة لتمكين جميع المواطنين من المشاركة بحرية في العملية السياسية وفقا لمبادئ اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان، والتعجيل بعملية التحول نحو الديمقراطية، ولا سيما من خلال نقل السلطة إلى ممثلين منتخبين بالطرق الديمقراطية؛

12. Strongly urges the Government of Myanmar to release unconditionally and immediately the Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Aung San Suu Kyi, who is now in her fifth year of detention without trial, and other political leaders and remaining political prisoners;
١٢ - تحث حكومة ميانمار بقــوة علــى أن تفــرج فــورا ودون أي قيــد أو شرط عــن أونغ سان سو كي الحائزة على جائزة نوبل للسلام، التي دخل احتجازها دون محاكمة عامه الخامس اﻵن، وغيرها من القادة السياسيين وما تبقى من السجناء السياسيين؛

12. urges the Government of Myanmar to fulfil its obligations as a State party to the Forced Labour Convention 1930 (No. 29) and to the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize Convention 1984 (No. 87) of the International Labour Organization;
١٢ - تحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تفي بالتزاماتها كدولة طرف في اتفاقية أعمال السخرة لعام ١٩٣٠ )رقم ٢٩( واتفاقية عام ١٩٤٨ المتعلقة بحرية تكوين الجمعيات وحماية حق التنظيم )رقم ٨٧( لمنظمة العمل الدولية؛

11. Strongly urges the Government of Myanmar to release immediately and unconditionally the Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, detained without trial for the last five years, as well as other detained political leaders and all political prisoners, to ensure their physical integrity and to permit them to participate in the process of national reconciliation;
١١- تحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تفرج فوراً ودون شرط عن داو أونغ سان سو كي، الحائزة على جائزة نوبل للسلام، والتي دخل احتجازها دون محاكمة عامه الخامس اﻵن، وغيرها من الزعماء السياسيين المحتجزين وجميع السجناء السياسيين، وضمان سلامتهم البدنية والسماح لهم بالمشاركة في عملية المصالحة الوطنية؛

21. urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully and unreservedly with the Commission and the Special Rapporteur and, to that end, to ensure that the Special Rapporteur has effectively free access to any person in Myanmar whom he may deem it appropriate to meet in the performance of his mandate, including Daw Aung San Suu Kyi;
٢١- تحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تتعاون تعاونا كاملا ودون تحفظٍ مع اللجنة والمقرر الخاص وأن تضمن، لهذه الغاية، للمقرر الخاص حرية الاتصال فعلا بأي شخص في ميانمار يرى من المناسب الاجتماع به في أدائه لولايته، بمن فيهم داو أونغ سان سو كي؛

24. urges the Government of Myanmar to promote and protect the human rights of people living with HIV/AIDS and guard against the marginalization and discrimination that they may experience and to ensure that the health-care system receives sufficient funding to enable health workers to provide the highest possible standard of health care;
24 - تحث حكومة ميانمار على تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المصابين بفيروس نقص المناعة البشري/الإيدز، وعلى اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لحمايتهم مما قد يتعرضون له من تهميش وتمييز ولضمان التمويل الكافي لنظام الرعاية الصحية لتمكين العاملين الصحيين من توفير أعلى مستوى ممكن من الرعاية الصحية؛

It also urged the Government of Myanmar to take immediate, concrete action on the issue of forced labour; unless that was done, the International Labour Organization (ILO) would take drastic measures that would have serious consequences for the people of Myanmar.
كما تحث حكومة ميانمار على اتخاذ تدابير فورية ملموسة بشأن مسألة السخرة؛ فما لم يتحقق ذلك، فإن منظمة العمل الدولية ستتخذ إجراءات جذرية تكون لها نتائج خطيرة بالنسبة لشعب ميانمار.
