وتُقيَّد التبرعات التي تدفع في شكل خدمات أو لوازم تحظى بقبول الأمين العام ضمن الإيرادات أو يُشار إليها في البيانات المالية.

20. Invites voluntary contributions to the Operation in cash and in the form of services and supplies acceptable to the Secretary-General, to be administered, as appropriate, in accordance with the procedure and practices established by the General Assembly;

1. The General Assembly, in its resolution 49/251, invited Member States and other interested parties to make voluntary contributions to the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda both in cash and in the form of services and supplies acceptable to the Secretary-General.
1 - دعت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 49/251، الدول الأعضاء وغيرها من الأطراف المهتمة إلى تقديم تبرعات إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا سواء نقدا أو في شكل خدمات ولوازم تحظى بقبول الأمين العام.

1. The General Assembly, in its resolutions 49/242 B of 20 July 1995 and 53/212 of 18 December 1998, invited Member States and other interested parties to make voluntary contributions to the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia that are acceptable to the Secretary-General.
