By its decision 2002/208, the Council decided to defer to its resumed organizational session its consideration of a draft proposal to include in the agenda of its substantive session of 2002 the request for conversion of the International Civil Defence Organization, an intergovernmental organization with observer status with the Council, to a specialized agency of the United Nations system.
قرر المجلس، بموجب مقرره 2002/208، أن يرجئ إلى دورته التنظيمية المستأنفة نظره في مشروع مقترح بإدراج طلب تحويل المنظمة الدولية للدفاع المدني وهي منظمة غير حكومية لها مركز مراقب لدى المجلس، إلى وكالة متخصصة تابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة، في جدول أعمال دورته المستأنفة لعام 2002.
