87- ويجوز للجنة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى أن تدرج في أي تقرير تقدمه بموجب المادة 9 من الاتفاقية تفاصيل عما تتخذه من تدابير استجابة للتحري الذي أجري بموجب هذه المادة.

The Committee shall invite the State party concerned to participate in such examination, and should the State party respond by submitting the relevant report, the usual process of consideration will occur.
ويتعين على اللجنة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية لأن تشارك في هذا البحث، فإذا استجابت الدولة الطرف بتقديم التقرير ذي الصلة، تم النظر فيه على النحو المعتاد.

1 - يجوز للجنة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى أن تدرج في تقريرها المقدم بموجب المادة 35 من الاتفاقية تفاصيل أي تدابير متخذة استجابة لتحر أجري بموجب المادة 6 من هذا البروتوكول.

2. The Committee may, if necessary, after the end of the period of six months referred to in article 6.4, invite the State party concerned to inform it of the measures taken in response to such an inquiry.
2 - يجوز للجنة، عند الاقتضاء، بعد انتهاء فترة الستة أشهر المشار إليها في المادة 6-4 ، أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى إبلاغها بالتدابير المتخذة استجابة لذلك التحري.

88- ويجوز للجنة، عند الاقتضاء وبعد انتهاء فترة الستة أشهر المشار إليها أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى إبلاغها بالتدابير المتخذة استجابة لذاك التحري.

183. In accordance with article 20, paragraph 1, of the Convention, if the Committee receives reliable information which appears to it to contain well-founded indications that torture is being systematically practised in the territory of a State party, the Committee shall invite that State party to cooperate in the examination of the information and, to this end, to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.
١٨٣ - وفقا للفقرة ١ من المادة ٢٠ من الاتفاقية، إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقا بها يبدو للجنة أنها تتضمن دلائل ذات أساس من الصحة تشير الى أن تعذيبا يمارس بانتظام في أراضي دولة طرف، فإنها تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية الى التعاون في دراسة هذه المعلومات، وتدعوها، تحقيقا لذلك الى تقديم ملاحظات بصدد تلك المعلومات.
