88. Under the terms of paragraph 6 of resolution 20/17, the Human Rights Council invited the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to monitor the human rights situation in the north of Mali and to report thereon to the Council at its twenty-first session.

30. In its resolution 20/17, the Council invited the High Commissioner to monitor the human rights situation in the north of the Republic of Mali and to report thereon to the Council at its twenty-first session.

31- دعا المجلس، في قراره 20/17، المفوضة السامية إلى أن ترصد حالة حقوق الإنسان في شمال مالي وتقدم إليه تقريراً عن ذلك في دورته الحادية والعشرين.

8. The compilation of the Report involved analysis of secondary data, International Human Rights Instruments, media reports, reviews of writings of scholars and publicists; and information obtained from partner organizations and independent reports from organizations that monitor the human rights situation in Uganda.
8- وانطوى تجميع التقرير على تحليل بيانات ثانوية وصكوك دولية لحقوق الإنسان وتقارير إعلامية واستعراضات لمؤلفات باحثين وخبراء في القانون الدولي؛ ومعلومات تم الحصول عليها من منظمات شريكة ومن تقارير مستقلة صادرة عن منظمات ترصد حالة حقوق الإنسان في أوغندا.

The Department of Peacekeeping Operations and OHCHR should ensure that MONUSCO and all missions with a human rights mandate release regular, comprehensive public reports that monitor the human rights situation in their respective areas at regular intervals of at least twice a year.
ينبغي لإدارة عمليات حفظ السلام ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان ضمان قيام بعثة منظمة الأمم المتحدة لتحقيق الاستقرار في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية وجميع البعثات المكلفة بولايات تتعلق بحقوق الإنسان بإصدار تقارير عامة دورية وشاملة ترصد حالة حقوق الإنسان في مناطقها على فترات دورية لا تقل عن مرتين في السنة.

The present report is submitted in accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 17/24, in which the Council requested the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to monitor the human rights situation in Belarus and to present to the Council, in an interactive dialogue at its twentieth session, a comprehensive report on the human rights situation in Belarus following the presidential election of 19 December 2010.

The Department of Peacekeeping Operations and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights should ensure that MONUSCO and all missions with a human rights mandate release regular, comprehensive public reports that monitor the human rights situation in their respective areas at regular intervals of at least twice a year (Recommendation 3)
ينبغي لإدارة عمليات حفظ السلام ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان ضمان قيام بعثة منظمة الأمم المتحدة لتحقيق الاستقرار في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية وجميع البعثات المكلفة بولايات تتعلق بحقوق الإنسان بإصدار تقارير عامة دورية وشاملة ترصد حالة حقوق الإنسان في مناطقها على فترات دورية لا تقل عن مرتين في السنة (التوصية 3)

(a) In the aftermath of the 2010 presidential elections, a severe deterioration in the human rights situation occurred, which then triggered Human Rights Council resolution 17/24, in which the Council requested the High Commissioner to monitor the human rights situation in Belarus, and resolution 20/13, by which the Council established the mandate of the Special Rapporteur;
(أ) في أعقاب الانتخابات الرئاسية التي جرت في عام 2010، حدث تدهور شديد في حالة حقوق الإنسان، الأمر الذي حفـز مجلس حقوق الإنسان بعدئـذ على اتخاذ القرار 17/24 الذي يطلب فيه المجلس إلى المفوَّضة السامية أن ترصد حالة حقوق الإنسان في بيلاروس، وحفـز المجلس كذلك على اتخاذ القرار 20/13 الذي أنشأ فيه ولاية المقرر الخاص؛
