However, the Committee considers that the facts before it also appear to raise issues under article 9, paragraph 3 of the Covenant; in that respect, the Committee considers the Communication to be admissible.
إلا أن اللجنة ترى أن الوقائع المعروضة عليها تثير أيضاً، فيما يبدو، مسائل تندرج في إطار الفقرة 3 من المادة 9 من العهد؛ وترى أن البلاغ مقبول في هذا الصدد.
