9 - تشجع البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال على إدراج القضايا ذات الصلة باتفاقية روتردام، في استراتيجياتها الوطنية المعنية بالحد من الفقر، واستراتيجياتها الوطنية المتعلقة بالتنمية المستدامة أو استراتيجياتها الإنمائية الوطنية الأخرى؛

" 3. encourages developing countries to strengthen their national coordination mechanisms in order to improve the effectiveness of South-South and triangular cooperation, and in this connection also encourages other bilateral and multilateral development partners to do the same, as appropriate;

10 - تشجع البلدان النامية على أن تقوم، عن طريق الدعم اللازم من البلدان المانحة والمجتمع الدولي، بصياغة سياسات تتعلق بسلع أساسية محددة من أجل الإسهام في تيسير توسيع التجارة وتقليل مدى تعرضها للمخاطر وتحسين مصادر الرزق والأمن الغذائي، وذلك عن طريق:

7. encourages developing countries to continue to pursue appropriate development policies to promote economic development and poverty eradication, and, in this regard, invites the international community to pursue strategies that support those policies through continued efforts to address the problems of market access, persistent external debt, transfer of resources, financial vulnerability and declining terms of trade;
7 - تشجع البلدان النامية على مواصلة توخي سياسات إنمائية ملائمة لتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية والقضاء على الفقر، وتدعو، في هذا الصدد، المجتمع الدولي إلى توخي استراتيجيات تدعم تلك السياسات بواسطة بذل جهود متواصلة لمعالجة المشاكل المتصلة بالوصول إلى الأسواق، واستمرار الدين الخارجي، ونقل الموارد، والضعف المالي، وانخفاض معدلات التبادل التجاري؛
