Recalling, in that regard, the decision of the European Union to significantly support the Economic Community in its efforts to combat the illicit proliferation of small arms and light weapons,

Stressing the need for respect for and preservation of the territorial unity, contiguity and integrity of all of the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and recalling in this regard its resolution 58/292 of 6 May 2004,
وإذ تؤكد ضرورة احترام وصون وحدة الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة بأكملها، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، وتلاصقها وسلامتها، وإذ تشير في هذا الصدد إلى قرارها 58/292 المؤرخ 6 أيار/مايو 2004،

Recalling, in this regard, the Court's conclusion that, inter alia, " Israel is under an obligation to make reparation for all damage caused by the construction of the wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including in and around East Jerusalem " ,
وإذ تشير في هذا الصدد إلى أن المحكمة خلصت، في جملة أمور، إلى أن ”إسرائيل ملزمة بجبر جميع الأضرار الناتجة عن تشييد الجدار في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية وما حولها“،
