Furthermore, it is envisaged that an annual report will be issued in all six official languages of the United Nations for 10 years beginning in 2015, which will constitute an addition to the documentation workload of the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management.
وعلاوة على ذلك، من المزمع أن يصدر التقرير السنوي بلغات الأمم المتحدة الرسمية الست لمدة عشر سنوات بدءا من عام 2015، مما سيزيد من عبء العمل الذي تضطلع به إدارة شؤون الجمعية العامة والمؤتمرات.

The Committee took note of the important work carried out by the Department in the conversion and remastering of United Nations films and videos on the question of Palestine covering the period 1947-2000.
ولاحظت اللجنة العمل الهام الذي تضطلع به إدارة شؤون الإعلام في تحويل أفلام وأشرطة الفيديو التي أنتجتها الأمم المتحدة بشأن قضية فلسطين على امتداد الفترة من عام 1947 إلى عام 2000 ووضعها في اسطوانات فونوغرافية جديدة.

Those delegations stressed the importance of disseminating information on the activities of the Organization throughout the world and the strategic role played by the Department of Public Information as information disseminator in order to enhance the image of the Organization and to promote an informed understanding of the work of the United Nations among the peoples of the world through the implementation of mandated programme activities.
وشددت تلك الوفود على أهمية نشر المعلومات المتعلقة بأنشطة المنظمة في جميع أنحاء العالم وبالدور الاستراتيجي الذي تضطلع به إدارة شؤون اﻹعلام كجهة تنشر المعلومات لتحسين صورة المنظمة وجعل شعوب العالم على إطلاع بين على عمل اﻷمم المتحدة وذلك بتنفيذ اﻷنشطة البرنامجية المأذون بها.
