Reservations 1. Any State may, at the time of signature, ratification, acceptance, approval, or accession, or at any time thereafter, reserve the right to exclude the application of this Convention to any or all of the following :
1- يجوز لأي دولة، عند توقيع الاتفاقية، أو التصديق عليها، أو قبولها، أو الموافقة عليها، أو الانضمام إليها، أو في أي وقت لاحق، أن تحتفظ بحق عدم تطبيق الاتفاقية على أي من الحالات التالية أو كلها:

(13) The Committee notes the State party's assurances that the Convention applies to the acts of Italian troops or police officers who are stationed abroad, whether in a context of peace or armed conflict.
(13) تلاحظ اللجنة تأكيد الدولة الطرف على أنه يجري تطبيق الاتفاقية على سلوك القوات الإيطالية أو ضباط الشرطة الإيطاليين الموجودين بالخارج، سواء كان ذلك في سياق السلام أو النزاعات المسلحة.
