The law under development is a result of a 10-year application of the law on the naming and renaming of geographical objects and their standardization, use, registration and storage.

11. On 5 January, the High Representative issued the Order Suspending the application of the law on the Status of State Property Situated in the Territory of Republika Srpska and Under the Disposal Ban.

As noted in my previous report, I suspended the application of the law on the Status of State Property Situated in the Territory of Republika Srpska and under the Disposal Ban (Republika Srpska State Property Law) pending a review of its constitutionality before the Bosnia and Herzegovina Constitutional Court.

As noted in previous reports, on 5 January 2011, I suspended the application of the law on the Status of State Property Situated in the Territory of Republika Srpska and under the Disposal Ban (Republika Srpska State Property Law), pending a review of its constitutionality before the Bosnia and Herzegovina Constitutional Court.
12 - وكما ذُكر في تقارير سابقة، في 5 كانون الثاني/يناير 2011، أوقفتُ تطبيق القانون المتعلق بمركز ممتلكات الدولة الواقعة في أراضي جمهورية صربسكا والخاضعة لحظر التصرف في الممتلكات (قانون ممتلكات الدولة الخاص بجمهورية صربسكا) ريثما يجري استعراض دستوريته أمام المحكمة الدستورية للبوسنة والهرسك.

16. In response to the ruling, and to prevent Republika Srpska from disposing of State property prior to the resolution of planned legal challenges before the Bosnia and Herzegovina Constitutional Court, on 5 January 2011 the High Representative issued his Order Suspending the application of the law on the Status of State Property Situated in the Territory of Republika Srpska and Under the Disposal Ban.
16 - وردا على ذلك القرار، ومنعا لتصرف جمهورية صربسكا في ممتلكات الدولة قبل البت في الطعون القانونية المقرر تقديمها أمام المحكمة الدستورية للبوسنة والهرسك، أصدر الممثل السامي في 5 كانون الثاني/يناير 2011، أمره بتعليق تطبيق القانون المتعلق بوضع ممتلكات الدولة الواقعة في أراضي جمهورية صربسكا والخاضعة لحظر التصرف.

The implementation of the law on Equal Opportunities and of the Gender Equality Action Plan is expected to help continue the positive trend in the representation of women in all spheres of social life.
22- من المتوقع أن يساعد تطبيق القانون المتعلق بتكافؤ الفرص وتنفيذ خطة العمل للمساواة بين الجنسين على مواصلة الاتجاه الإيجابي نحو تمثيل المرأة في جميع مجالات الحياة الاجتماعية.

An Action Plan is implemented aiming at the effective implementation of the law on Juvenile Justice, which has been in force since 30 June 2009.
30- تنفذ خطة عمل ترمي إلى تطبيق القانون المتعلق بقضاء الأحداث بفعالية، وهو قانون دخل حيز النفاذ منذ 30 حزيران/يونيه 2009.

The Committee urges the State party to ensure the implementation of the law on sexual and reproductive health in all provinces and guarantee affordable access for everyone, especially adolescents, to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health education and services, with a view to, inter alia, addressing the high maternal mortality rate.
تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على كفالة تطبيق القانون المتعلق بالصحة الجنسية والإنجابية في جميع المقاطعات، وكفالة حصول الجميع، ولا سيما المراهقون، على التثقيف والخدمات الصحة الجنسية والإنجابية بصورة شاملة وبتكلفة معقولة بغية التصدي لجملة أمور منها ارتفاع معدلات الوفيات النفاسية.
