The IAEA General Conference resolution on the application of IAEA safeguards in the Middle East was also adopted annually by consensus for 14 years.
كما أن المؤتمر العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية ظل يتخذ سنويا، ولمدة 14 عاما، قرارا بتوافق الآراء بشأن تطبيق ضمانات الوكالة في الشرق الأوسط.

The recent resolutions of the IAEA General Conference regarding the application of Agency safeguards in the Middle East and the nuclear capabilities of the Israeli regime, which were reaffirmed by the draft resolutions recently adopted by the First Committee, are strong messages from the international community to the Zionist regime.
والقرارات المتخذة مؤخرا للمؤتمر العام للوكالة بشأن تطبيق ضمانات الوكالة في الشرق الأوسط، وبشأن القدرات النووية للنظام الإسرائيلي، التي أُعيد تأكيدها في مشاريع القرارات التي اعتمدتها اللجنة الأولى مؤخراً، رسائل قوية من المجتمع الدولي للنظام الصهيوني.

The new operative paragraph 4, I remind the Committee, is taken verbatim from operative paragraph 4 of the General Conference resolution of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on the application of IAEA safeguards in the Middle East, which the General Conference of the Agency has adopted by consensus for the past four years.
وأذكر اللجنة بأن الفقرة ٤ الجديدة من المنطوق مأخوذة حرفيا من الفقرة ٤ من منطوق قرار المؤتمر العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية بشأن تطبيق ضمانات الوكالة في الشرق اﻷوسط، الذي اعتمده المؤتمر العام للوكالة بتوافق اﻵراء على مدى السنوات اﻷربع الماضية.

The forty-ninth session of the IAEA General Conference, held during the period 26-30 September 2005, adopted by consensus the annual resolution submitted by Egypt on the application of IAEA safeguards in the Middle East. The resolution provides for, inter alia, the establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone.
