9. requests the Office of the High Commissioner to continue to provide all necessary administrative support and financial and human resources to the SubCommission in its work on the concept document;
9- تطلب إلى المفوضية السامية أن تواصل تقديم كل ما يلزم من دعم إداري وموارد مالية وبشرية إلى اللجنة الفرعية في عملها المتعلق بالوثيقة المفاهيمية؛

10. requests the Office of the High Commissioner to provide for the Commission at its sixtythird session an updated version of the report requested in resolution 2003/33;

12. requests the Office of the High Commissioner to ensure that all initiatives of the SubCommission with financial implication for the United Nations budgets, including from voluntary sources, are brought before the Commission for consideration;

22. requests the Office of the High Commissioner to ensure that the future sessions of the Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent are scheduled to precede those of the Intergovernmental Working Group on the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action;

requests UNHCR to continue discussions with the Standing Committee on a regular basis on the prioritization and management of resources under the unified budget with a view to ensuring that core needs are met;
(و) تطلب إلى المفوضية السامية الاستمرار في إجراء مناقشات منتظمة مع اللجنة الدائمة بشأن تحديد الأولويات وإدارة الموارد في الميزانية الموحدة من أجل ضمان تلبية الاحتياجات الأساسية؛
