ويُحذَف نص الفقرة 21 ويستعاض عنه بما يلي: " تطلب إلى المقرر الخاص أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السبعين تقريراً مؤقتاً عن تنفيذ هذا القرار وعن الآثار السلبية للتدابير القسرية الانفرادية على التمتع الكامل بحقوق الإنسان " .

The Council also approved the Commission's decision to request the Special Rapporteur to report to the General Assembly at its forty-ninth session and to the Commission at its fifty-first session.
