بيان مشترك عن نتائج اجتماع وزراء خارجية منظمة تعاون شنغهاي

On 23 November 2002, a meeting of the Foreign Ministers Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) was held in Moscow.
في 23 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2002 عقد في موسكو اجتماع لمجلس وزراء خارجية منظمة تعاون شنغهاي.

In the case of my country, Kazakhstan, R2P could be considered within the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
وفي حالة بلدي كازاخستان يمكن للمسؤولية عن الحماية أن تُبحث في إطار المؤتمر المعني بالتفاعل وتدابير بناء الثقة في آسيا ومنظمة تعاون شنغهاي وكمنولث الدول المستقلة ومنظمة معاهدة الأمن الجماعي.

On 15 July 2001, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and China signed the Declaration of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and declared the founding of that organization.
وفي 15 تموز/يوليه 2001، وقع الاتحاد الروسي وأوزبكستان وطاجيكستان وقيرغيزستان وكازاخستان والصين على إعلان منظمة تعاون شنغهاي وأعلنت تأسيس تلك المنظمة.

It was noted with satisfaction that cooperation within the framework of SCO in various fields, as provided for in the organization's Charter, signed at the highest level on 7 June 2002 in St. Petersburg, has been developing steadily and becoming ever more diverse.
وقد لوحظ مع الارتياح أن التعاون في إطار منظمة تعاون شنغهاي في شتى الميادين، على نــحو مــا نص عليه ميثــاق المنظمــة الموقَّــع على أعلى المستويـــات، في سانت بطــرسبرغ، في 7 حزيران/يونيه 2002، ما زال ينمو باطراد ويصبح أغنى وأوفى في محتواه.

At the regional level Kazakhstan was a party to the Tashkent Agreement between four Central Asian States on joint action to fight terrorism, political and religious extremism, transnational organized crime and other threats to the stability and security of the parties, and to the Convention on Combating Terrorism, Separatism and Extremism concluded between the member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
5 - وعلى الصعيد الإقليمي تُعد كازاخستان طرفا في اتفاق طشقند بين دول آسيا الوسطى الأربع بشأن الإجراءات المشتركة لمحاربة الإرهاب والتطرف السياسي والديني والجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية وغير ذلك من الأخطار التي تهدد استقرار الأطراف وأمنها وكذلك الاتفاقية المتعلقة بمكافحة الإرهاب والنزعات الانفصالية والتطرف الموقَّعة بين الدول أعضاء منظمة تعاون شنغهاي.

The Ministers reaffirmed the common interest of SCO member States in Afghanistan's peaceful development and expressed support for Afghanistan's Transitional Authority in its efforts to normalize and stabilize the situation in the country and to achieve economic reconstruction pursuant to the Bonn Agreement of 5 December 2001, the decisions of the Loya Jirga convened in June 2002 and United Nations Security Council resolutions.
وأكد الوزراء من جديد اهتمام الدول الأعضاء في منظمة تعاون شنغهاي بالتطورات السلمية الجارية في أفغانستان، وأعربوا عن دعمهم للسلطة الانتقالية لأفغانستان فيما تبذله من جهود لتطبيع الحالة في البلد واستقرارها ولإعادة بناء اقتصادها على أساس اتفاق بون الموقَّع في 5 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2001، وقرارات اللويا جيرغا المعقود في حزيران/يونيه 2002، فضلا عن قرارات مجلس الأمن للأمم المتحدة.
