++ The accredited independent entity shall make the project design document publicly available through the secretariat, subject to confidentiality provisions set out in paragraph below, and receive comments from Parties, stakeholders and UNFCCC accredited observers on the project design document and any supporting information for 30 days from the date the project design document is made publicly available.
29- ++ يتيح الكيان المستقل المعتمد وثيقة تصميم المشروع على عامة الجمهور عن طريق الأمانة مع مراعاة أحكام السرية الواردة في الفقرة 37 أدناه، ويتلقى تعليقات من الأطراف وأصحاب المصلحة والمراقبين المعتمدين لدى اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ بشأن وثيقة تصميم المشروع وأية معلومات داعمة لمدة 30 يوما من التاريخ الذي أتيحت فيه وثيقة تصميم المشروع على عامة الجمهور.
