Taking into account all the circumstances of the case, the Working Group considers that adequate remedy would be the immediate release of the detainees and an enforceable right to compensation in accordance with article 9, paragraph 5, of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
23- ويرى الفريق العامل، آخذاً في حسبانه جميع ملابسات الحالة، أن سبيل الانتصاف المناسب هو الإفراج الفوري عن المحتجزين ومنحهم حقاً واجب الإنفاذ في الحصول على تعويض وفقاً للفقرة 5 من المادة 9 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

24. Taking into account all the circumstances of the case, the Working Group considers that adequate remedy would be immediate release and an enforceable right to compensation, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 5 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
24- ويرى الفريق العامل، آخذاً في حسبانه جميع ملابسات الحالة، أن سبيل الانتصاف المناسب هو الإفراج الفوري عن السيد ترابين ومنحه حقاً واجب الإنفاذ في الحصول على تعويض وفقاً للفقرة 5 من المادة 9 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

In light of the above, the State party does not accept that the author is entitled to be paid compensation pursuant to article 2 (3) (a).
وفي ضوء ما تقدم، لا تقبل الدولة الطرف بأن من حق صاحب البلاغ الحصول على تعويض وفقاً للمادة 2(3) (أ).
