6. reaffirms its determination that all relevant provisions of the Regulations annexed to the Hague Convention IV of 1907, 3/ and the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, continue to apply to the Syrian territory occupied by Israel since 1967, and calls upon the parties thereto to respect and ensure respect for their obligations under those instruments in all circumstances;

٣ - تعيد تأكيد ما قررته من أن جميع اﻷحكام ذات الصلة في اﻷنظمة المرفقة باتفاقية لاهاي لسنة ٧٠٩١)٣(، واتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب، المعقودة في ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١، ما زالت تنطبق على اﻷراضي السورية التي تحتلها اسرائيل منذ عام ٧٦٩١، وتطلب الى أطراف الاتفاقيتين أن تحترم، وتكفل احترام التزاماتها بموجب هذين الصكين في جميع الظروف؛

2. reaffirms the decision to maintain the present functions and independent role of the Scientific Committee;

7. reiterates its decision that, in case of continued lack of compliance by Israel, the occupying Power, with the provisions of resolutions ES-10/2, ES-10/3 and ES-10/4, it shall reconsider the situation with a view to making further appropriate recommendations to the States Members of the United Nations in accordance with its resolution 377 A (V) of 3 November 1950;
