However, as to the provision regarding paragraph 1 (b) (i) of the resolution, on the designation of ad hoc judges, for which the current ceiling has been set at $330,000, the Committee notes the continuous use of the provision in the course of recent years, as reflected in the table contained in paragraph 14 of the report of the Secretary-General.
4 - غير أن اللجنة تلاحظ فيما يخص الاعتماد المتعلق بالفقرة 1 (ب) ' 1` من القرار، عن تعيين قضاة خاصين الذي حددت مخصصاته القصوى الحالية في 000 330 دولار مواصلة استخـــدام الاعتماد على مـــدى السنــوات الأخيرة، كما يرد ذلك في الجدول الوارد في الفقرة 14 من تقرير الأمين العام.

As recalled in the Controller's letter, paragraph 1 (b) (i) of General Assembly resolution 56/256 of 24 December 2001 on unforeseen and extraordinary expenses stipulates that prior concurrence of the Advisory Committee is not necessary for such commitments as the President of the International Court of Justice certifies relate to expenses occasioned by the designation of ad hoc judges, not exceeding a total of $330,000.
وعلى النحو المشار إليه في رسالة المراقب المالي، تنص الفقرة 1 (ب) `1 ' من قرار الجمعية العامة 56/256 المؤرخ 24 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2001 بشأن النفقات غير المنظورة والاستثنائية على أن الموافقة المسبقة للجنة الاستشارية ليست لازمة للدخول في الالتزامات التي يشهد رئيس محكمة العدل الدولية بأنها تتصل بالمصروفات الناشئة عن تعيين قضاة خاصين بما لا يتجاوز مجموعه 000 330 دولار.
