The Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee for the Elaboration of an International Convention to Combat Desertification in Those Countries Experiencing Serious Drought and/or Desertification, Particularly in Africa, having considered, at its eighth session, the note by the Secretariat on the Identification of an organization to house the Global Mechanism (A/AC.241/43):
تعيين منظمة ﻹيواء اﻵلية العالمية إن لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية، وقد نظرت في دورتها الثامنة في مذكرة اﻷمانة العامة المتعلقة بتعيين منظمة ﻹيواء اﻵلية العالمية )A/AC.241/43(:

(e) Decided to review the issue of the Identification of an organization to house the Global Mechanism at its eighth session on the basis of an analytical and synoptic report to be prepared by the interim secretariat.
)ﻫ( قررت أن تستعرض في دورتها الثامنة مسألة تعيين منظمة ﻹيواء اﻵلية العالمية على أساس تقرير تحليلي وشامل تعده اﻷمانة المؤقتة.

14. The Committee adopted a revised draft decision (A/AC.241/WG.I(VII)/L.2/Rev.1), submitted by Uganda on behalf of the States Members of the United Nations that are members of the Group of 77 and China, entitled " Identification of an organization to house the Global Mechanism " (see appendix II, decision 7/2).

21. Following statements by the Netherlands, France, Mexico, the Russian Federation and the Chairman of Working Group I, the Committee adopted a draft decision entitled " Identification of an organization to house the global mechanism " , as orally revised during the discussion (see appendix II, decision 9/6).
٢١ - عقب اﻹدلاء ببيانات من قبل كل من الاتحاد الروسي وفرنسا والمكسيك وهولندا ورئيس الفريق العامل اﻷول، اعتمدت اللجنة مشروع مقرر عنوانه " تعيين منظمة ﻹيواء اﻵلية العالمية " بصيغته المنقحة شفويا أثناء المناقشة )انظر التذييل الثاني، المقرر ٩/٦(.

Identification of an organization to house the Global Mechanism ‒ the Committee may wish to hold a preliminary discussion of the revised offers of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to host the Global Mechanism, contained in document ICCD/COP(1)/5, and other relevant information, and consider how to organize the discussion of this issue at the COP 1.
تعيين منظمة ﻹيواء اﻵلية العالمية - وقد ترغب اللجنة في عقد مناقشة أولية للعرضين المنقحين المقدمين من الصندوق الدولي للتنمية الزراعية وصندوق اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي، ﻹيواء اﻵلية الدولية، الواردين في الوثيقة ICCD/COP(1)/5، وغير ذلك من المعلومات اﻷخرى ذات الصلة، والنظر في كيفية تنظيم مناقشة هذه المسألة في مؤتمر اﻷطراف اﻷول.
