“1. The Committee may invite the State Party concerned to include in its report under article 18 of the Convention details of any measures taken in response to an inquiry conducted under article 8 of this Protocol.
" ١ - يجوز للجنة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى أن تدرج في تقريرها المقدم بموجب المادة ١٨ من الاتفاقية تفاصيل أية تدابير اتخذت استجابة لتحر أجري بموجب المادة ٨ من هذا البروتوكول.

1- يجوز للجنة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى أن تدرج في تقريرها المقدم بموجب المادتين 16 و17 من العهد تفاصيل أية تدابير متخذة استجابة لتحرٍ أُجري بموجب المادة 11 من هذا البروتوكول.

2- يجوز للجنة أن تطلب إلى دولة طرف كانت موضع تحر أن تُضمِّن تقريرها المقدم بموجب المادتين 16 و17 من العهد تفاصيل أية تدابير متخذة استجابة لاستنتاجات اللجنة وتعليقاتها وتوصياتها.

1. The Committee may, through the Secretary-General, invite a State party which has been the subject of an inquiry to include details of any measures taken in response to the Committee's findings, comments and recommendations in its report under article 18 of the Convention.
1 - يجوز للجنة أن تدعو، من خلال الأمين العام، الدولة الطرف التي كانت موضع التحقيق إلى تضمين تقريرها المقدم بموجب المادة 18 من الاتفاقية تفاصيل أية تدابير متخذة استجابة للنتائج التي توصلت إليها اللجنة ولتعليقاتها وتوصياتها.

Art. 9.1: The Committee may invite the State Party concerned to include in its report under article 18 of the Convention details of any measures taken in response to an inquiry conducted under article 8 of the present Protocol.
المادة ٩-١: يجــوز للجنــة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى أن تــدرج في تقريرها المقدم بموجــب المادة ١٨ مــن الاتفاقية تفاصيل أية تدابير متخذة استجابة لتحر أجــري بموجــب المــادة ٨ مــن هــذا البروتوكول.

(b) If the State party has ratified or acceded to the Optional Protocol and the Committee has conducted an inquiry under article 8 of the Optional Protocol, a report should include details of any measures taken in response to an inquiry, and to ensure that the violations giving rise to the inquiry do not recur.
(ب) إذا كانت الدولة الطرف قد صدَّقت على البروتوكول الاختياري، أو انضمت إليه، وأجرت اللجنة بحثاً بموجب المادة 8 من البروتوكول الاختياري، ينبغي إعداد تقرير يتضمن تفاصيل أية تدابير تكون قد اتُخذت استجابة لعملية بحث ولضمان عدم تكرار حدوث الانتهاكات التي أدت إلى إجراء البحث.
