Reference is made to the national report submitted to the International Labour Organization in 1999 concerning the implementation of International Labour Convention No. 81 concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and commerce.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى التقرير الوطني المقدم إلى منظمة العمل الدولية في عام 1999، فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ اتفاقية العمل الدولية رقم 81 بشأن تفتيش العمل في الصناعة والتجارة.

45. The Committee also encourages the State party to consider ratifying ILO Conventions No. 81 (1947) concerning Labor Inspection in Industry and Commerce, and No. 102 (1952) concerning Minimum Standards of Social Security.
45- وتشجع اللجنـة الدولـة الطرف كذلك على النظر في التصديـق على اتفاقية منظمـة العمل الدولية رقم 81(1947) بشأن تفتيش العمل في الصناعة والتجارة، والاتفاقية رقم 102(1952) بشأن المعايير الدنيا للضمان الاجتماعي.

In this regard, the Committee also recommends that the State party ratify ILO Conventions No. 174 (1993) concerning the Prevention of Major Industrial Accidents and No. 81 (1947) concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce.

63. Japan ratified the ILO Convention No. 81 (Convention concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce) in October 1953, and has implemented labour standards administrative activities based on this Convention.
٣٦- وصادقت اليابان على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم ١٨ )الاتفاقية بشأن تفتيش العمل في الصناعة والتجارة( في عام ٣٥٩١، واضطلعت اليابان بأنشطة إدارية قصد وضع معايير للعمل تستند إلى هذه الاتفاقية.

Convention (No. 81) concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce: ratified by Spain on 14 January 1960, entered into force for Spain on 30 May 1961;
الاتفاقية (رقم 81) بشأن تفتيش العمل في الصناعة والتجارة: صادقت عليها إسبانيا بتاريخ 14 كانون الثاني/يناير 1960، ودخلت حيز التنفيذ في إسبانيا في 30 أيار/مايو 1961؛

On the basis of article 10 of ILO Convention No. 81 on Labour Inspection in Industry and commerce, annual activity reports are drawn up on the work of the labour inspectorates, which contain the relevant statistical material.
60- عملاً بالمادة 10 من اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 81 بشأن تفتيش العمل في الصناعة والتجارة، يجري إعداد تقارير سنوية عن النشاط لعرض أعمال مفتشية العمل، وتتضمن هذه التقارير المواد الإحصائية المتصلة بهذا الموضوع.

In this connection, the Committee recommends that the State party consider ratifying ILO Convention No. 81 (1947) concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce.
وتوصي اللجنة في هذا الصدد بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 81 (1947) بشأن تفتيش العمل في الصناعة والتجارة.

34- وتشجع اللجنـة الدولـة الطرف كذلك على النظر في التصديـق على اتفاقية منظمـة العمل الدولية رقم 81(1947) بشأن تفتيش العمل في الصناعة والتجارة، والاتفاقية رقم 102(1952) بشأن المعايير الدنيا للضمان الاجتماعي.

However, although some progress has been made on this front in recent years, more political will is needed in this respect: Convention No. 129 has been ratified by significantly fewer States than Convention No. 81 (1947) on Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce; and even where labour inspectorates exist and are competent to monitor employment in rural areas, they may not have the resources to function effectively.
بيد أنه بالرغم من التقدم المحرز في هذا المجال في السنوات الأخيرة()، ثمة حاجة إلى مزيد من الإرادة السياسية في هذا الصدد: فقد صدَّق عدد أقل من الدول على الاتفاقية رقم 129 مقارنة بالاتفاقية رقم 81(1947) بشأن تفتيش العمل في الصناعة والتجارة؛ وحتى عندما توجد إدارات لتفتيش العمل وتكون مؤهلة لرصد العمالة في المناطق الريفية، فإنها قد تفتقر إلى الموارد للعمل بصورة فعالة.

The Committee encourages the State party to ratify ILO Conventions No. 81 (1947) concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce, No. 102 (1952) concerning Minimum Standards of Social Security, No. 117 (1962) concerning Basic Aims and Standards of Social Policy and No. 118 (1962) concerning Equality of Treatment of Nationals and NonNationals in Social Security.
567- وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على التصديق على اتفاقيات منظمة العمل الدوليـة رقم 81 (1947) بشأن تفتيش العمل في الصناعة والتجارة، ورقم 102 (1952) بشأن المعايير الدنيا للضمان الاجتماعي، ورقم 117 (1962) بشأن الأهداف والمعايير الأساسية للسياسة الاجتماعية، ورقم 118 (1962) بشأن المساواة في المعاملة بين الوطنيين وغير الوطنيين في مجال الضمان الاجتماعي.
