وتذكّر اللجنة بأنه يتعين على الدولة الطرف المعنية بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري أن تقدم إلى اللجنة تفسيرات أو بيانات خطية توضح المسألة وتشير إلى تدابير الانتصاف المحتملة التي اتخذتها الدولة إن وُجدت.

9.1 On 3 August 1998, the Committee's decision on admissibility was transmitted to the State party, with the request that the State party provide written explanations or statements on the substance of the authors' claims.
9-1 في 3 آب/أغسطس 1998، أحيل قرار اللجنة المتعلق بالمقبولية إلى الدولة الطرف التي طُلب إليها أن تقدم تفسيرات أو بيانات خطية بشأن جوهر ادعاءات أصحاب البلاغ.

2. Within the period established by the Committee, the State party concerned shall submit to the Committee written explanations or statements clarifying the case under consideration and the measures, if any, that may have been taken by it.
2- تقدم الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى اللجنة، في غضون الفترة التي تحددها اللجنة تفسيرات أو بيانات خطية توضح القضية قيد النظر، والإجراءات التي اتخذتها تلك الدولة، إن وجدت.

The Committee recalls in this respect that a State party has an obligation under article 4, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol to cooperate with the Committee and to submit written explanations or statements clarifying the matter and the remedy, if any, that may have been granted.
وتشير اللجنة في هذا الصدد إلى أن على أي دولة طرف التزاماً، بموجب الفقرة 2 من المادة 4 من البروتوكول الاختياري، بالتعاون مع اللجنة وبتقديم تفسيرات أو بيانات خطية توضح المسألة وأي سبيل انتصاف يكون قد أُتيح في هذا الصدد.

The Committee recalls in this respect that a State party has an obligation under article 22, paragraph 3, of the Convention to cooperate with the Committee and to submit written explanations or statements clarifying the matter and the remedy, if any, that may have been granted.
وتذكِّر اللجنة في هذا الصدد بأن على الدولة الطرف التزاماً بموجب الفقرة 3 من المادة 22 من الاتفاقية بالتعاون مع اللجنة وبتقديم تفسيرات أو بيانات خطية توضح فيها المسألة وسبيل الانتصاف الذي ربما يكون قد أتيح، إن وُجد.
