The Parties shall endeavour to settle any dispute related to the interpretation or application of this Agreement by negotiation.

2. Any other dispute between two or more States Parties relating to the interpretation or application of this Statute which is not settled through negotiations within three months of their commencement shall be referred to the Assembly of States Parties.
2 - يحال إلى جمعية الدول الأطراف أي نزاع آخر بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا النظام الأساسي لا يُسوّى عن طريق المفاوضات في غضون ثلاثة أشهر من بدايته.

(a) any dispute between a Party to this Agreement and any other Party to this Agreement concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement which is not settled by consultation;
(أ) أي منازعة تنشأ بين طرفين من الأطراف في هذا الاتفاق بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق لم تُحَل بالتشاور؛

2. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Protocol that cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time shall, at the request of one of those States Parties, be submitted to arbitration.
2- أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا البروتوكول، وتتعذَّر تسويته عن طريق التفاوض في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة، يجب تقديمه، بناء على طلب احدى تلك الدول الأطراف، الى التحكيم.

1. The provisions relating to the settlement of disputes set out in Part XV of the Convention apply mutatis mutandis to any dispute between States Parties to this Agreement concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement, whether or not they are also Parties to the Convention.
١ - تنطبق اﻷحكام المبينة في الجزء الخامس عشر من الاتفاقية، فيما يتصل بتسوية المنازعات، مع مراعاة ما يقتضيه اختلاف الحال، على أي نزاع ينشأ بين الدول اﻷطراف في هذا الاتفاق بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق، سواء كانت أطرافا أيضا في الاتفاقية أو لم تكن.

1. The provisions relating to the settlement of disputes set out in Part XV of the Convention apply mutatis mutandis to any dispute between States Parties to this Agreement concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement, whether or not they are also Parties to the Convention.
١ - اﻷحكام المبينة في الجزء الخامس عشر من الاتفاقية، فيما يتصل بتسوية المنازعات، تطبق، مع مراعاة ما يقتضيه اختلاف الحال، على أي نزاع ينشأ بين الدول اﻷطراف في هذا الاتفاق بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق، سواء كانت أطرافا أيضا في الاتفاقية أم لا.

l. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Protocol that cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time [ninety days] shall, at the request of one of those Parties, be submitted to arbitration.
١- اذا نشأ نزاع بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول اﻷطراف بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا البروتوكول، وتعذر تسويته عن طريق التفاوض في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة ]تسعين يوما[، وجب تقديمه، بناء على طلب احدى تلك اﻷطراف، الى التحكيم.

1. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Protocol that cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time [90 days] shall, at the request of one of those Parties, be submitted to arbitration.
١- اذا نشأ نزاع بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول اﻷطراف بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا البروتوكول، وتعذر تسويته عن طريق التفاوض في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة ]تسعين يوما[، وجب تقديمه، بناء على طلب احدى تلك اﻷطراف، الى التحكيم.

2. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Protocol that cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time shall, at the request of one of those States Parties, be submitted to arbitration.

2- اذا نشأ أي نزاع بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا البروتوكول، وتعذّرت تسويته عن طريق التفاوض في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة، وجب تقديمه، بناء على طلب احدى تلك الدول الأطراف، إلى التحكيم.

(b) any dispute between an institution listed in the Appendix A and any Party to this Agreement concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement which is not settled by consultation;
(ب) أي منازعة تنشأ بين مؤسسة مدرجة في التذييل ألف وأي طرف من الأطراف في هذا الاتفاق بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق لم تُحَل بالتشاور؛

(c) any dispute between a person represented on an institutions listed in the Appendix A and any Party to this Agreement concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement which is not settled by consultation;
(ج) أي منازعة تنشأ بين شخص ممثل في إحدى المؤسسات المدرجة في التذييل ألف وأي طرف في هذا الاتفاق بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق لم تُحَل بالتشاور.

1. All differences arising out of the interpretation or application of the present Agreement between two or more States Parties or between the Court and a State Party shall be settled by consultation, negotiation or other agreed mode of settlement.
1 - تتم تسوية جميع المنازعات الناشئة عن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف أو بين المحكمة ودولة طرف، عن طريق التشاور والتفاوض أو أي طريقة أخرى يتفق عليها للتسوية.

1. All differences arising out of the interpretation or application of the present Agreement between two or more States Parties or between the Court and a State Party shall be settled by consultation, negotiation or other agreed mode of settlement.
1 - تتم تسوية جميع الخلافات في تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف أو بين المحكمة ودولة طرف، عن طريق التشاور أو التفاوض أو أي طريقة أخرى يتفق عليها للتسوية.
