At its thirty-ninth meeting, the Implementation Committee recalled this recommendation and, by recommendation 39/14, urged the Federated States of Micronesia to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/17 no later than 29 February 2008.

Recommendation The Committee may wish to urge Albania to submit to the Ozone Secretariat its data for the year 2009 in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 7 of the Protocol, preferably no later than 1 September 2010, in order that the Committee might assess at its forty-fifth meeting the party's compliance with its commitment contained in decision XV/26.

44 - قد ترغب اللجنة في حث ناميبيا على أن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون بياناتها عن سنة 2009 وفقاً للفقرة 3 من المادة 7 من البروتوكول، وحبذا لو تم ذلك قبل 1 أيلول/سبتمبر 2010، لكي تتمكن اللجنة في اجتماعها الخامس والأربعين من تقييم امتثال الطرف لالتزامه الوارد في المقرر 15/38.

(a) To request Armenia to submit to the Ozone Secretariat an update on its implementation of this commitment no later than 1 September 2008 in time for consideration by the Committee at its forty-first meeting.
(أ) تطلب إلى أرمينيا أن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون تحديثاً عن تنفيذها لالتزامها في موعد غايته أول أيلول/سبتمبر 2008 في وقت مناسب لقيام اللجنة بالنظر فيه في اجتماعها الحادي والأربعين.

The Committee therefore agreed to remind Ethiopia to submit to the Ozone Secretariat its data for the year 2007 in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 7 of the Protocol, preferably no later than 1 September 2008, in order that, at its forty-first meeting, the Committee might assess the Party's compliance with its commitments contained in decision XIV/34.
128- ولذا اتفقت اللجنة على أن تذكر إثيوبيا بأن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون بياناتها عن عام 2007 وفقاً للفقرة 3 من المادة 7 من البروتوكول، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في موعد غايته أول أيلول/سبتمبر 2008، حتى تقوم اللجنة في اجتماعها الحادي والأربعين بتقييم امتثال الطرف لالتزاماته الواردة في المقرر 14/34.
