3. By paragraph 12 of the guidelines, all States are requested to report to the Committee any information that may have come to their attention relating to possible violations of the arms and related sanctions against Iraq committed by other States or foreign nationals.

Also in resolution 1997/57, in consideration of the resignation of the expert member of the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances, the Commission requested the Special Rapporteur to act on behalf of the United Nations in dealing with the question of the missing, and to report to the Commission about activities concerning missing persons in the former Yugoslavia.

(f) To report to the Commission at its sixty-seventh session on the implementation of the resolution, focusing in particular on whether the conference structure had served the purpose of improving efficiency and attracting higher and wider representation from members and associate members, which would serve as the basis for a mid-term review of the effective functioning of the conference structure to be conducted during the sixty-seventh session;
