Summary The present report is submitted pursuant to paragraph 16 of General Assembly resolution 50/235 of 7 June 1996, in which the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to develop revised cost estimates for third-party claims and adjustments, following completion of a thorough study by the Legal Counsel.
هذا التقرير مقدم عملا بالفقرة ٦١ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٠٥/٥٣٢ المؤرخ ٧ حزيران/يونيه ٦٩٩١، الذي طلبت فيه إلى اﻷمين العام وضع تقديرات منقحة للتكاليف لمطالبات وتسويات المسؤولية قِبل الغير، عقب إنجاز الدراسة الشاملة التي سيجريها المستشار القانوني.

١٦ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى الجمعية العامة، قبل شهر واحد من انتهاء مدة الولاية الحالية، تقديرات منقحة للتكاليف المتصلة بتصفية العملية في موزامبيق، التي تقرر أن تبدأ في ١٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤، على أساس أحدث تقرير أداء مفصل قدر اﻹمكان عن البعثة للفترة من ١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٣؛

4. The Secretary-General submitted revised cost estimates for the same period from 1 July to 31 December 1995 in his report dated 30 October 1995 (A/50/696/Add.1) for all operations in the former Yugoslavia, including the rapid reaction capacity.
