11- يقرر أنه يجوز للطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول أن يقدم تقديراً منقحاً لجزء من جرده عن سنة من فترة الالتزام يكون قد طبق عليه تعديل في السابق، شريطة أن يقدم التقدير المنقح، كموعد أقصى، بالاقتران مع الجرد الخاص بسنة 2012.
