2 - تعرب عن تقديرها للجهات المانحة ووكالات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحكومية والمنظمات غير الحكومية لما قدمته حتى الآن من مساهمات لتلبية الاحتياجات الإنسانية للسودان، وتهيب بها أن تواصل تقديم المساعدة، عن طريق الاستجابة، على وجه الخصوص، للنداء الموحد وتقديم الدعم للبرامج المضطلع بها في جبال النوبة؛

44. The SBSTA expressed its appreciation to the GCOS sponsors for the support provided by them to the GCOS programme for the past 20 years, and encouraged them to continue to provide such support.

18. It is recalled that in its resolution 2000/12 of 17 August 2000, the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights expressed its appreciation to the donor governments, non-governmental organizations and individuals, in particular new donors, and urged all governments, NGOs, other private and public entities and individuals to contribute annually to the Fund in order to enable the Fund to fulfil its mandate effectively.
18- ومما يذكر أن اللجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان أعربت، في قرارها 2000/12 المــؤرخ 17 آب/أغسطس 2000، عن تقديرها للجهات المانحة، حكومات ومنظمات غير حكومية وأفراداً، وبخاصة الجهات المانحة الجديدة، وحثت جميع الحكومات والمنظمات غير الحكومية وغيرها من الكيانات الخاصة والعامة والأفراد على التبرع سنوياً للصندوق بغية تمكينه من تنفيذ ولايته بفعالية.
