(a) Comprehensive consideration of the national reporting pursuant to article 10, paragraph 2 (b) of the Protocol was made at the 2009 Meeting of Experts (22-24 April 2009), at the " Guide to National Reporting under CCW Protocol V " was produced and recommended for use;

In order to make an immediate progress, the Coordinator has suggested including the thrust of the Discussion Paper 2 on the subject of the Article 4 Generic Electronic Template into the form B of the " Guide to National Reporting under CCW Protocol V " to be proposed for adoption by the Third Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V.

Acknowledging the importance of national implementation to the fullest extent possible, which was still a challenge for many States, Ukraine called on States parties to comply with the guide to National Reporting under Protocol V, annexed to the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW/P.V/CONF/2009/4/Add.1 and Corr.1), and to consider the possibility of enhancing procedures for exchanging information.

Approve the draft Guide to National Reporting under CCW Protocol V " as a document representing a check list of questions to be used as a tool at the discretion of the High Contracting Parties to facilitate the filling-out of the forms of the National Reporting under Protocol V by providing the information referred to in paragraphs 24 to 28 of the Final Document of the First Conference of the High Contracting Parties.
(أ) الموافقة على مشروع " دليل تقديم التقارير الوطنية بموجب البروتوكول الخامس للاتفاقية " باعتباره وثيقة تمثل قائمة مرجعية للمسائل وتستعمل كأداة حسبما يتراءى للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية لتسهيل ملء استمارات التقارير الوطنية بموجب البروتوكول الخامس بتقديم المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرات 24 إلى 28 من الوثيقة الختامية للمؤتمر الأول للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية؛

(c) To continue to evaluate the reporting mechanism, including the reporting formats referred to in paragraphs 24 to 28 of the Final Document of the First Conference of the High Contracting Parties and The Guide to National Reporting under CCW Protocol V " ; and to request the 2011 Meeting of Experts to make recommendations on the above for consideration by the Fifth Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V.
(ج) مواصلة تقييم آلية تقديم التقارير، بما في ذلك أنساق التقارير المشار إليها في الفقرات 24 إلى 28 من الوثيقة الختامية للمؤتمر الأول للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية و " دليل تقديم التقارير الوطنية بموجب البروتوكول الخامس للاتفاقية " ؛ وطلب توصيات بشأن ما جاء أعلاه من اجتماع الخبراء لعام 2011 لينظر فيها المؤتمر الخامس للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في البروتوكول الخامس.

9. The Conference also takes note of the decision by the Twelfth Annual Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Amended Protocol II in 2010 to synchronize the submission of the national annual reports with the submission of national reports under Protocol V to the Convention.
9- ويحيط المؤتمر علماً أيضاً بمقرر المؤتمر السنوي الثاني عشر للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في البروتوكول الثاني المعدل في عام 2010 والقاضي بمزامنة تقديم التقارير السنوية الوطنية مع تقديم التقارير الوطنية بموجب البروتوكول الخامس المرفق بالاتفاقية.
