The Economic and Social Council, taking note of Commission on Human Rights resolution 2002/25 of 22 April 2002, endorses the decision of the Commission to request the Special Rapporteur to submit a report to the General Assembly at its fiftyseventh session and to report to the Commission at its fiftyninth session on the implementation of Commission resolution 2002/25.
إن المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، إذ يحيط علما بقرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 2002/25 المؤرخ 22 نيسان/أبريل 2002، يؤيد مقرر اللجنة أن ترجو من المقرر الخاص أن يقدم تقريراً إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة والخمسين وإلى اللجنة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين عن تنفيذ قرار اللجنة 2002/25.

In its resolution 2002/25, as endorsed by the Economic and Social Council in its decision 2002/255, the Commission requested the Special Rapporteur to submit a report to the General Assembly at its fifty-seventh session and to report to the Commission at its fifty-ninth session on the implementation of that resolution.

In its resolution 2003/25, as endorsed by the Economic and Social Council in its decision 2003/244, the Commission extended the mandate of the Special Rapporteur for a further three years and requested him to submit a report to the General Assembly at its fifty-eighth session and to report to the Commission at its sixtieth session on the implementation of that resolution.

Spain Ukraine 1. In resolution 68/56 of 5 December 2013, the General Assembly decided to give urgent consideration to the issues involved in conventional arms control at the regional and subregional levels and requested the Secretary-General to seek the views of Member States on the subject and to submit a report to the General Assembly at its sixty-ninth session.
