1- اعتمد المجلس، في المقرر م ت ص-19/م-5، تقرير فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية المعني بسداد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها، وفقا لما هو وارد في الوثيقتين IDB.19/12 و Corr.1.

٤ - لعل المجلس يرغب في النظر في التوصيات الواردة في تقرير فريق المناقشة المفتوح العضوية ، وكذلك في اعتماد مقرر يمكن المدير العــام مـن تنفيذ التدابير التي اتفق عليها المجلس لضمان سداد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها ، بحسب ما هو مطلوب في مقرر المؤتمر العام م ع - ٧/م - ٠١ .
