31. With regard to the reporting arrangements for OIOS, the Advisory Committee pointed out that, regardless of the internal administrative arrangements made, the ultimate responsibility lay with the Secretary-General under Article 97 of the Charter.
31 - وفيما يتعلق بترتـيـبـات الإبلاغ لمكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية، قال إن اللجنة الاستشارية تشيـر إلى أنـه بصرف النظر عن الترتيبات الإدارية الداخلية المتخـذة، فـإن المسؤولية في نهاية المطاف تقع على عاتق الأمين العام وفقا للمادة 97 من الميثاق.

It is evident from the foregoing that responsibility for ascertaining that contracts meet the conditions stipulated in the Committee's procedures and conform to the distribution plan lies with the Secretary-General and the Secretariat.
ويتضح مما تقدم أن مسؤولية التأكد من استيفاء العقود المقدمة للشروط الواردة في إجراءات اللجنة وتطابقها مع خطة التوزيع تقع على عاتق الأمين العام والأمانة العامة.

Member States placed items on these lists but the selection of individual items from them was the responsibility of the Secretary-General.

Lastly, he noted that it was the responsibility of the Secretary-General and the Peacebuilding Support Office to enforce the guiding principles of the terms of reference for the Peacebuilding Fund.
وأخيرا، أشار إلى أن مسؤولية إنفاذ المبادئ التوجيهية لاختصاصات صندوق بناء السلام تقع على عاتق الأمين العام ومكتب دعم بناء السلام.

57. It must be borne in mind that the exclusive responsibility for organizing and conducting the referendum rested with the Secretary-General and his Special Representative, under the supervision of the Security Council, pursuant to Security Council resolutions 809 (1993) and 907 (1994).
٥٧ - وأردف قائلا إنه يجب ألا يغيب عن البال أن المسؤولية الكاملة عن تنظيم الاستفتاء وإجرائه تقع على عاتق اﻷمين العام وممثله الخاص، تحت إشراف مجلس اﻷمن، عملا بقراري مجلس اﻷمن ٨٠٩ )١٩٩٣( و ٩٠٧ )١٩٩٤(.
